Interesting that margin was at 33% with IB. It was only 9% with IG. Lot of people would be completely screwed if that enforced a massive margin hike.

IG haven't move margins yet but only allowing existing positions to be closed on spreadbets. You can not open a new position (long or short)

IG are no longer taking margin positions (long or short) on THG. Hopefully they will not be increasing margin on existing positions as that could cause havoc with over 90% of positions being long.

Was just looking at who Camelot capital partners are assuming they were a big hedge fund but looks like a one man band taking a punt like the rest of us? Anyone know any better?

MM has gone on record saying the major II's rejecting £1.70 offer . He can't be lying as would have been called out by them.

Hopefully the big drop was due to Jupiter finally done selling and we get an a RNS from them.

The share price isn't the worth of the company .. If someone bid 40p for the company, someone else would come in and bid higher until a true valuation was established. The share price reflects the current demand and supply at this moment in time..

Maybe they know Jupiter are selling and the price is going to trickle down until they stop?

Hopefully some of the fall can be attributed to Jupiter selling down and they are close to the end!

Virtually all the big online players have dropped over 70%-90% from their highs within a year. THG is not unique - ASOS, Boo, Ocado, AO..etc. It's a cycle we are going through and as long as we are not short of cash for the next couple of years things will turn when the economy becomes stronger.

Future shares drop as CEO Zillah Byng-Thorne confirms plans to retire...
