If the split happened today some of that 49p (total current value share price) would be attributed to Ingenuity so wouldn't the remainco share price be worth less than 49p assuming no additional value is given to the future value of remainco? Maybe this is a dumb question...

If the current share price for the all of THG including ingenuity is say 49p then has anyone got an idea what theoretical remainco share price would be after the split?

They should have just cut the capex for ingenuity for a year rather than equity raise

Shein made £24M pre tax profit on 1.5B sales so margins are small. Sooner or later there will be a clampdown on the non existent import duties it pays and you will see a loss making business..

Lets hope its some tax planning for a big payday for them!

If they do hit 80M Ebitda then this should re rate to £6

Just looked at his LinkedIn page and the banner at the top. Made me chuckle - I can, I con. Hope not literally!

Hope they put out the circular on Ingenuity pretty soon and get on with it as nothing else is going to move the share price in the near future.

MM needed to sound much more positive above spinning out Ingenuity with timeframe Should have said we aim to do this within X months Not there are risks it might not happen! Very difficult to believe him..
