They had 7.5% in October 22 and now have reduced to 6 something. Please keep up yourself..

Moulding and Brian Kenedy notifications are the result of buying more shares as pledged oer the fund raise.

Nothing has been split yet..its all THG pot.

They sold some.. so definitely not on board with the strategy and did not participate in the fund raise.

You won't be able to trade shares in Newco as it will not be publicly quoted.. If you want to get rid of them in say 6 months there won't be a publicly quoted price... As far as my understanding goes you are given the shares and you have to sit on them until there is some mechanism or offer or listing for them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It says it needs to issue debt for medium term funding of the business..

Anyway good luck.. just merely pointing out that by the RNS they got plans to issue debt to fund it for the medium term. But you are right, no debt on day one but who know on day two...

Why the aggression Roxi, just pointing out to you there are plans to issue debt because you said it will be debt free..

You think there will be no debt? Read the RNS again...

I personally will not take up any ingenuity shares. Don't want to be stuck in a private company for years which potentially may need additional funding. Rather take my chances with Remainco with no more cash draining into Ingenuity and 4000+ staff less. More likely for a bid for Nutrition or Beauty or both. Maybe a mistake but for me a much clearer path and chances of a profitable exit within the next two years.

Let's hope he doesn't issue himself some "bonus" shares in Newco down the line to make up for any he had to give up!

Goes down with bad news, and goes down with good news of demerger. I personally can't wait to be out of this stock and have kept hold of my losses on hope of a big rerate. I really thought the share price would have risen on outlook of remainco. Rant over!
