I am to the thinking this will relist within the next few weeks. Over the phone they said they have already talked to a few nomads so a nomad should not be a problem. and it does not take much time to do a placing if they decide to do that.

To me it seems as if the whole reason prg are in the position is because they want to limit dilution. If funding is out of the question then philip should just swallow his pride and do a placing.

There could be a variety of reasons as to why their nomad resigned alot of which are out of Paragons control. I will talk to them over the phone to find out what the situation is I suggest people do the same.

Very unexpected. I sent PRG an email and they offered to call me which is re-assuring.

PRG never had plenty of cash maybe you are mistaken with a different company.

I do not see how the PRG board will let this go bust over working capital that can be sorted via a small placing. They have sorted the loan out so they do not need alot of money, they have no debt over than the 500k mentioned. Ontop of this Philip Manduca has skin in the game. Anyway I hope it works out for you.

Not good news but does not nessacarily mean it is the end and as I said before companies get new nomads all the time Lets face it we are only talking small amounts to cover working capital could easily be covered via a placing.

Companies get new nomads all the time and for many different reasons. The most recent one I can remember was CBUY.

Nomad gone Not the end yet 30 days to get a new nomad is achievable. I see TW mentioned why did PRGs nomad sign off on the many different funding RNS perhaps they screwed up and has led to their resignation.
