major if they get a nomad I do not think they will have to come out of suspenion or not straight away atleast. they can probably stay in suspension until the funding is complete.

Yes they would want PRG to have funds in place to cover working capital which can be done through a small placing. It is not a requirement of a nomad to ensure a company is fully funded.

A nomad will not care if they have funding aslong as they have working capital just look across AIM, countless companies in death spirals that issue shares etc to cover working capital few with funding. Nomads have to do their due dilligenence and reading back through someones post a company said the standard due dilligence process is 3-4 weeks. And prg do not have to come out of suspension if the nomad comes on board they can choose to stay in suspension to close out funding.

they will not need to close out funding to relist they will only need a nomad and then through the nomad if they wish to relist before funding gets completed they can do a small placing to cover working costs, but philip manduca can decide not to come out of suspension until they get funding which would not be a bad idea. all eyes on the nomad......only 7 days left

also makes no sense why we would see a suspension based on a small amount of working capital aswell. prg cash burn is extremely low and they do not need alot of working capital I just do not see how this will prevent them from delisting. My main concern is the nomad, alot of nomads could mess prg about i.e. say they are coming onboard then last minute bail out, you never know.

yes holee it would make no sense for this to delist considering a main reason we are is because he wanted to protect shareholder value.

Alot of people still work on christmas eve or most people I know anyway. They sure are cutting it to the wire regarding the NOMAD but reading the last RNS it did not sound like they were delisting to me or atleast how I perceived it.

It does read positive in the sense that they do not intend to delist. If philip manduca can pull a rabit out the hat and secure funding for either mothae and lemphane or just lemphane on good terms with limited dilution and at a premium or same value to the current share price then he has done an extremely good job. very bad the way things have turned out but atleast he tried to get mothae and funding for mothae wihch has obviously failed. It goes to show over confidence can be a downfall.
