If what the company is saying is true that the nomad resigned due to a clash/disagreements then I do not see how it will be difficult for them to find another nomad, an unexpected hurdle. Allenby have done write ups on PRG before so perhaps they are in the frame
As regards to the loan the lender has arranged to push the date back but also to convert into shares and as someone pointed out the loan is un-secured so they will not default unless they want to lose everything.
Not out of the woods yet but I am confiedent PRG will relist soon, my only concern is whether we come out of suspension with a placing or funding, the latter would be nice.
