you are wrong chauvelin get a new nomad then they can come out of suspension if they choose to although I expect if they get a nomad without funding they will stay in suspenion a tad longer to close out funding.

yea agreed for some reason he has not closed out the countless funding agreement we PRG had and has a made a mess of it. Mothae has been a rosey thorn in philip manduca's backside. in my opinion it all comes down to the nomad coming onboard in the next 6 days, cutting it thin but it is possible. once the nomad is in place then you can be confident that they will come out of suspension sooner or later.

be careful here because the funding package is likely to be at a huge discount expecially as they are after a large amount

although he is a financier he is very new to the diamond 'scene'. We have seen that he has the compability of getting funding but his whole, I want more attitude, has seen him fail to close the deal out. Good in the sense that he wants to protect shareholders but it has left is an awful spot. That would a final kick in the teeth if he does let this delist because then the protecting shareholder value front would be a joke.

the placing would never be massive you are only talking no more than £1million to cover working captial which is something like 20million shares. I think it was a variety of reasons leading upto the nomad resigning but prg wanting to suspend and close out funding may have been the final straw, perhaps prg are under the assumption that funding is very close to being closed out so a placing would be silly at this time. 6 days left until AIM rules kick in, moment of truth.

The thing is I think people are missing that there is a high possibilty that philip manduca put PRG into suspension. Aslong as they get a new nomad within 6 days (a tall order but do able) then I am sure PRG can stay in suspension until they close out funding.

once they get a nomad they can do a placing if they wish to come out of suspension. You make it sound diffiicult for companies to do placings, it is extremely easy.

how is it basic knowledge. basic knowledge is that working captial will suffice and to prove this all you have to do is look at the countless AIM companies. You are very wrong imo

Chauvelin please to me where you are getting this from "other nomads tend to steer well clear when that happens"...... It all depends on the reason the nomad resigned, if there was foul play within the business or fraud etc then yes a nomad would not touch them but seeing as it is more of a clash of interests (going by what PRG said over the phone) then a new nomad would have no problem taking them on.

Why is it highely unlikely a nomad would take them on without full funding and why is it different to companies with existing nomads in place? New nomads get assigned all the time accross AIM most of which are dogs and most of them riddled with debt and no funding. A nomad will not care aslong as they have enough capital to continue. CBUY are in debt with no profits, tiny revenues but a nomad still took them as they recently done a placing for £1million working capital.

A nomad has no requirement to ensure a company has funding. Working capital is all that is needed.
