PQE and TomCo are commercially linked through Greenfield, so progress for one reflects well on the other, no surprises there.

As things stand, QFI is not contractually linked and won’t be until or if they sign contracts post PoC, should that ever happen.
Only time will determine if MSAR is required at the POSP, if not then it won’t be by choice on Greenfields part but by reality on the ground in terms of what the POSP can produce.
All QFI can do is wait.

The key player is Valkor (Steve Byles), it was they who first signed an MoU with QFI, Tomco became involved later through Greenfield.
We need to wait a little longer for the dust to settle on their production process and then see if the samples arrive. QFI are still expecting to receive them at some point.
Byles is in this to make money, he knows the difference between selling a barrel of bitumen to a refinery and a barrel of low sulphur fuel to a shipping company like MSC or a power/industrial user.
Around $80 bbl today for low sulphur fuel oil versus the value of raw bitumen. It’s the value of the raw bitumen that is the key figure as the difference between that figure and the $80 is where the real profit lies. That’s why Valkor knocked on QFI door.

Not sure appreciate is the right word Wonga, unsurprised is maybe more accurate. That information is freely available on the PQE website, yet still they peddle misleading garbage. I think that says everything about motives.

From the PQE website describing the opportunity at Asphalt Ridge, any ideas how to get your product to market without lots of solvent?

I have no doubt there is a hard core of holders on the atom board who know exactly what the truth is. They profit on the rinse and repeat cycle the share provides whilst claiming to be holders and never sellers. Anyone who tries to bring fact, in other words a more accurate narrative, is a deramper or somehow malevolent, usual BB stuff. You will note not a single mention of sand on the thread today yet yesterday it was $70 bbl and a total bbl of $110 minimum. Crooks in my view.
The PQE share offer from Sweden/Germany is an interesting if yet to be quantified development.

If the sand is such a game changer, why do PQE state on their website that the sand equates to an additional income of $10 + per barrel of oil produced? That’s good of course, but nowhere near the amounts speculated about and nowhere near game changer territory imo. I’d expect PQE to have a closer idea of future worth than anyone else?

“As previously advised, a truckload of cleaned sand was collected by a nearby drilling fluids company for evaluation and testing. The initial evaluation showed the sand to be dust free and they have confirmed that they plan to collect up to an additional 500 tons for further evaluation, processing, and possible sale.”

This comment confirms what I said on the Tomco board the other day, something the resident rampers found unwelcome. The sand is not ready for use in the fracking industry and certainly not generating $70 per barrel of oil produced, “testing and evaluation”. Pretty clear to me, but I see they’re already spouting that it’s “heavy oil” being produced and not tar/bitumen. Wonder what they’ll say when QFI hook up the MMU?

Can you not read ffs? The claim is $110 per barrel, of which 40 is oil and 70 is sand, what’s so hard about this. It’s obvious what PQE are saying, it’s just you don’t like it and would rather listen to the bull. Good luck.

Suggest you and Torreagus read your own link Vauch, it clearly states projected income from sand per barrel of oil produced @$10 + not $70 as claimed by the ramper.

Suggest you check PQE’s own financial projections regarding income from sand. They state quite clearly on their website that around $10 + per barrel of product produced.
Torreagus attributes $70 per barrel to sand income, nearly twice that for the oil. Who do you think knows best, PQE or bulletin board posters who know someone who said something about sand.
No doubt I will be labelled a deranged for stating facts, again, but it simply co firms the basic point I was making yesterday, your valuation for sand income is extremely over the top and utterly misleading.

If Greenfield can produce “Fuel Oil” from the POSP without the need of a refinery or QFI, why have they not been selling it to customers? Why are they bothering with QFI?
Because it’s not fuel oil, it’s raw bitumen in need of further processing end-of, regardless what you think the narrative should be. Cant shift the facts to suit your own views.

I’m afraid you are mistaken, because it is bitumen produced at the POSP. Bitumen diluted by solvent to enable transport and compliance with WTI quality. I don’t know what else to say.

I’m afraid that article is describing the QFI add-ons, just didn’t make it clear in the article which was a bit cheeky tbh. It needs QFI process to make that happen.

Suggest you post the link that says PQE technology produces fuel oil without the need of a refinery or QFI tech.
I think you’re confused tbh, happens to the best of us.
