They are very impressive and with more and more insolvencies likely over the next 12 months, they should have continued growth in cases and profits.

Seems like they will have raised not just €40m but €55m and not concerned about not hearing further from the company. Their parent ME Group Holdings is building something major with all the appointments over the past few weeks largely relating to litigation matters and I expect Forbes to feed off that.

With other asset securitisations being discussed with institutions, at an mcap of about £6m, the shares are really undervalued on the potential. When compared to the mcap of SYME, we know that this will be a multibagger in due course and what better time for pis to invest.

UK facing ‘flood’ of bankruptcies over coming months, says ONS.

Almost two-thirds of all businesses could be at risk of insolvency, according to official figures that reveal the UK could suffer “a flood” of bankruptcies over the coming months.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) said that 64% of businesses across all industries were at risk of insolvency last month, with 43% of companies running on less than six months’ cash reserves.

Can't be long now before the next update and as the last RNSs have been at the beginning/end of the month, would be good to hear how they are getting on with the discussions relating to further assets being securitised.

The €40m Eurobond issue will have been fully subscribed as it was demanded by investors. The next stage is to see what comes next.

From May, "Aside from securitisations, which should provide solid base cashflow, the Company continues to work on other complimentary projects to diversify our business lines and take advantage of current dislocations in the market and will update the market as these come on line."

From September 1 "It is the Company’s intention that the infrastructure which it has established for this securitisation will also be used to facilitate the securitisation of both further litigation funding and other assets across a range of industries. The Company confirms it is in discussion with multiple prospective counterparties from whom it may purchase assets for this purpose. Further announcements will be made upon the Company entering into any such arrangements."

Now is the time to buy with so much potential growth and the mcap about £6m only.

Drop on Wednesday gives a great opportunity to top up. Pandemic leaving more people at home leads to more gaming and as shown by the last results, very strong growth for the likes of Gaming Realms. I’m planning to top up today.

Good price that buy at 1.32p.

Last year they were announced on 21 November and notice was given earlier that month. So it is reasonable to expect timing to be similar this year.

I have been researching the company this evening as its SP has fallen so far but may be bottoming out. It now seems to be undervalued looking at its profit growth since IPO.

Anyone else’s thoughts please.

Interesting trades this morning with one large buy and another but smaller sale. Wonder if Paul Southon has sold some more if his holding?
