Funny you should post today Gloster as I hadn't looked at this board since the share was suspended. I manage small portfolios for my two granddaughters and both have the shares. Could have done with the money being in Novacyt!

I note that we were told that the new venture would be completed by the end of the year, which always seemed to be a helluva long time. By the end of the month, going by last year, they should publish the 2019/20 Accounts. Hopefully that will be the case and they will be able to update us progress.

This is crazy. I never dreamt it would increase by almost 50% in a week.

Been going through the RNSs over the last 12 months. Really impressed by the number of licence deals that have been arranged and importantly with major companies.

If you can buy at 1.4p now as per the quote - brilliant. This is at the very beginning of an exciting journey for Forbes shareholders. ME Group have been making a number of important appointments recently linked to litigation finance and we can look forward to some major news on further asset securitisation which will benefit Forbes.

Good choice Lincs87. Was a good day for the share today. Was some profit taking in the afternoon, but still up on the day and the daily chart is still indicating a rise is in store. My target is 32p for the current trend run.

Mms needing shares quoting 23.2 - 24.00 but buying at 24.79

I invested yesterday having researched. Thanks to Alocasia and Truro Trader for their posts which gave added info.

Exciting prospect.

Good start this morning.

Initial fees earned £725K from first securitisation mcap £7.5m compare with SYME whose expected initial fees c. from their first securitisation - £8.8m but with an mcap £154m. Fair value for Forbes on what is a simplistic comparison should be £12.7m based on this comparison at this stage in their development.

Forbes have promised more securitisation fundraising this year. If say £100m is raised, there would be fees for Forbes of £2m plus management fees. But that is only part of what can be expected as the company discuss other asset securitisation as stated in their RNS of 1 September.

So what future value for Forbes Ventures. With the ME Group running the show, a group whose revenue and profit is growing by double digits this year, in my opinion you can’t go wrong in investing in Forbes.

Robust Resources appear to own 14.8% of Forbes Ventures. My research indicates that their ultimate parent through a number of subsidiaries is the Salim Group, Indonesia's largest conglomerate.

Interestingly, Droxford International Limited, one company down from the Salim Group operates as a financial services firm providing speciality finance according to Bloomberg. Make of that what you will.

See some holder is dumping their shares, 2.5m in the two trades so far. Hope they haven’t got too many more. Only benefit is that it keeps the offer price low for the time being and allows buying in larger sums.

At some point the liquidator of Gravity Investment Group has to sell their shares. They have 5,833,333 shares. It may well be that the 2.5m shares sold are part of that. Arguably better that they sell them now.

The shareholder we know little about now is Robust Resources who own 67.63m shares, some 14.8% of the shares in issue. Anyone with information about them now please let us know.

I’m surprised that ME Group Holdings don’t try to buy out Robust Resources and Goldvista Properties who have some 25.78% between them as they are profiting from holding shares in Forbes having been fortunate to have them from past ownership of the company and dilute the benefit that the ME Group gains from using Forbes as its securitisation vehicle.

The above shareholdings are not for certain as I have not had access to the company’s share register, but are based on what is in the public domain.

As usual the bid and offer quoted here by LSE is wrong. Rely on Aquis the exchange on which Forbes is quoted. The real spread is 1.5 to 1.8.

When will they get it right?!

That's good. Two out of two.

I'm fortunate that I have a low average from having acquired most of my holding when the company was Tengri Resources and a buy at 0.40.

I am interested in seeing the development of the company into other areas of securitisation which they talked about in the RNS of 1 September as well as litigiation finance which is big in itself and of course is the parent ME Holdings Group's primary business.

Better timing than my top-up yesterday but good on you. It should prove to be one of your best choices of investments.

The low free float of just under 10% makes such a difference.

No idea yet. I should have waited to top up until today!

I am not going to guess what level the SP is going to be, but I do not see any reason for it not to continue to rise. Yes, we will have profit-taking from time to time, but with the expansion in business we are seeing and the level of profitability they are achieving the sky's the limit at the moment.

And have noted that LSE show the bid back to 1.80p when it should state 2p as per the Aquis website the Exchange on which Forbes is quoted. That is very misleading for those who check out this board.
