Am really fed up with the quotes for the bid and offer shown on here and the apparent permanent fall in value that they quote. Why can’t they get their act together and match the real bid and offer of .75 - .85 shown on the Aquis exchange on which it is quoted. The prices shown here are totally misleading.

Ratty, the SP has not shot up on the recent buys because of the supply of shares from the large sell. But once the next update is issued the supply of shares will be quickly absorbed and the SP will jump.

Yes indeed shown as a sell, which is only because I had to pay less than .8p the average of the bid and offer at the time.

Another 200,000 bought this morning possibly by the same person who was buying yesterday.

Have added another 450,000 myself just now. On 1 September, they said they were looking at other assets to securitise. Well, securitisation of property is possibly on the cards.

Having moved into profit with an EBITDA profit of £1.2m in the first half, I feel reasonably confident that the company may produce an EBITDA profit of £3m for the whole year.

Excellent day for the SP. See the late reported trade of £13.79K, which was a buy if you look back at the time marked against it.

All of the deals, of which there were very many, in the past 12 months or so, will produce a jump in profits when next reported now they are primarily high profit margin licensing deals and I am sure there will be more deals to come.

Quite rightly, Alocasia, points out the expansion which also comes with US States opening up to gaming. So I am very confident with Gaming Realms as a long-term hold.

Good buying late afternoon today and note the large buy declared after hours. Great opportunity to buy at the bottom of the current trading range.

With continued lockdown not only here but around Europe and the US, more money will be used for gaming and betting as people have more time on their hands or hope to make money and profits of companies like Gaming Realms will profit.

SP drifting lower as quiet on the news front and between results seasons, but tremendous value because profit building all the time from the numerous licensing deals the company has agreed in the past year. One to tuck away for 2021.

Could it be this week for the update we have been waiting for? Excitement is mounting. With the sale at the end of last week, now should be a good time to buy as mms have those shares to sell on.

Disappointing to see the large sale today and the seller must be so impatient having bought their shares 6 weeks ago and to have suffered a loss of nearly £9k. They of little faith!

The company has already said that they plan to be involved in a number of Bond issues before the end of this year, each of which will produce a 2% fee for it. Having had such demand to have already increased the original amount for the initial bond issue and the ME Group having access to over £500m of investment from institutions, this is just the beginning of a long and profitable time for investors in Forbes Ventures.

Seriously, the next RNS will no doubt cover the completion of the current Eurobond issue and more detail (hopefully) on the plan ahead. Taking their time, but the ME Group have been putting together a quality team towards taking litigation finance in the UK to a new level with their own bespoke software and Forbes Ventures will get its fees as a percentage of funds raised and also in managing the funds.

Also, we will hear in due course of further business segments to be securitised as indicated in the RNS of 1 September.

In my view, the current mcap of £6m could be 10 times higher in 12 months time.
