Back from January - Under the terms of the renewed agreement, Gaming Realms’ Slingo content will be directly integrated into BetMGM Casino in Pennsylvania and Michigan during the first half 2021.

The direct-integration agreement reinforces the relationship between Gaming Realms and BetMGM, and will facilitate the group’s access to additional markets across the country in the future. Gaming Realms’ Slingo content is currently available through BetMGM Casino in New Jersey.

All these links augers well for the results due on 27th!

And we have the tie-up with NetEnt dating back to last October which is distributing Slingo Starburst launched on 31 March 2021. Exciting times. From the RNS of the time:-

Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Realms will have the right to license NetEnt's acclaimed slot brand, Starburst, to create a contemporary gaming experience that combines both Gaming Realms' popular Slingo genre and the iconic features of the Starburst slot game.

The first game following this agreement, Slingo Starburst, will be available worldwide and will be distributed to the online Real Money Gaming ("RMG") market in early 2021.

GMR have had the agreement with RSI since announced on 27 August 2020 - from the RNS of that date -
The Company's existing partnership agreement with RSI, which currently sees Gaming Realms' full Slingo Originals portfolio distributed in New Jersey through the Group's Remote Game Server ("RGS"), is being extended to incorporate the additional U.S. State of Pennsylvania, RSI's largest territory.

I guess as long as they are above expectations, the market will be happy.

Results will be announced on 27 April per RNS today. Looking for them to beat expectations again.

The rise today was no surprise to me. From a Chartists point of view, there had been pressure building for days for a breakout of the consolidation. But importantly, the fundamentals are so good as the company’s profit is not unexpectedly forecast to increase through its expansion both in the US and the U.K. and Europe.

Waynesmith - Don’t see how US tariffs could apply to Slingo online games. They are not being physically imported to the US. Each State takes their percentage of revenues from the gambling revenues, but that is to be expected and quite different.

Nothing unusual in there being such few trades over the past two days if you go back a month.

Many holders are 100% + up on their recent buys and may be tempted to sell, but you don't know what ace the ME Group have up their sleeve. Remember they are the drivers behind Forbes Ventures and have the ambition to be one of the largest, if not the largest litigation funders in the UK. Forbes Ventures will get its initial fees and am expecting them to also get management fees.

It's very much time to hold on to one's shares. Not for the first time, Forbes management has said "The Company is in ongoing discussions with originators of assets, of various types, for whom it intends to use its infrastructure to facilitate securitisation. Further announcements will be made upon the Company entering into any such arrangements."

Intriguing and raring to hear further on this. Once the £100m has been raised by mid-May, they will not be stopping there. Indications are that they will continue with further raises over the next 12 months and thereafter.

ME Group has been expanding fast and I see no reason why it should not continue to do so and Forbes will continue to benefit.

Have to agree that is disconcerting to have had a second placing in such a short time frame, even if they can justify it with specific reasons which will prove beneficial in time.

Not happy about the delay in any news on Lubu. Hoping I am right about the reason for the delay.

The number of Covid cases in Zambia has fallen sharply thankfully but I suspect the delay on Lubu has been due to the virus restricting movement and meetings. An update could come quite soon methinks.

Just 9 days away thankfully. Hope next £60m will not be delayed.

The fulfilment of the potential with securitisation of various assets which the company are discussing with a number of others could easily see the share rise to another level.

What better timing for the first gold pour in a few weeks time with gold futures bouncing off trendline on weekly chart and
Fed's actions have given a real boost for gold.
