Have to say from a personal point of view that I really like REIT's. Only got in to them in the last two or three years (wish I had discovered REIT's so much earlier) but love the regular dividend income(quarterly in those 5 REIT's companies that I have ) and for the decent dividend yield on a lot of them (Some exceeding the rate of inflation so that alone is a win for me). I now get a dividend every month from those companies alone and it does make a difference in building up the ISA account. Whilst I appreciate some will have misgivings about REIT's given that they return the majority of profits to shareholders rather than look to increase overall company value I like the quarterly dividend payments as it allows me to either re-invest with automatic divi re-investment or if I chose to divert those new funds to a new venture I don't have to wait so long to invest that income. Still a firm believer in RGL and my dividend from Thursday gets re-invested on Wednesday but on a plus side it only costs me £1. down side is it takes two working days to re-invest. Well we cant have it all :-). Continued good fortune to all investors, potential investors or those just watching RGL. REIT's are worth investigating. Regards S
Another dividend day is once again upon us and monies are already in my accounts. New tax year so perfect time to add a few more of these especially given the recent fall. Continued good fortune to all RGL investors or potential investors. Rgds S
Nice to see yet another new contract (£75m) awarded to GFRD. Good to see there is a lot going on and lets hope these contracts soon translate to a decent rise in the share price. Continued good fortune to all GFRD holders or those considering getting in here. Regards, S
"A week without a new contract award is a week wasted!!!!"
Congratulations to GFRD on yet another framework contract this time with MoJ. Slow and steady seems to be the order of the day with this company and it is doing it well. Continued good fortune to all GFRD investors. Regards S
TheReducer - Thoroughly enjoyed reading you post. Well done you and thanks for taking the time to do it. Anyone who has not read it should scroll back. I can see why it received so many recommendations. Regards S
Positive half year report today. Interim dividend of 3pps which is a 36% increase on previous year and will be paid on 14 Apr 23. All in all looks and feels positive. Next results due 12 Jul 23. Continued good fortune to one and all. Rgds S
"Positive trading statement issued today. Would now like to see that positivity transfer to the share price. Continued good fortune to one and all. Rgds S"
Well I did say I would like to see the positivity transfer to the share price and it most certainly has. Certainly did not expect to see such a decent rise today but it is most welcome!!!!. Well done one and all. Rgds S
Dividend day once again and monies in the accounts already. Love the quarterly payout and this share pays out nicely. Not a share to set the world alight but one that gives a very decent and timely return. Thanks AIRE !!!! Glad to hold this one for the income. Continued good luck to one and all. Rgds S
Pedro, I too invested at £1.39 (ISA) and £1.18 (Non) and am happy to continue to hold and indeed buy at these rates. I fully expect to see a steady increase in share price over the next few months especially when the rent reviews have been completed. Continued good luck with your investments. Regards, S
Dividend of 1.575pps. Xd 16 Feb 23. Pd 10 Mar 23. Rgds, S
Good Q3 update and continued steady dividend. Rent reviews going well and expected to improve in next Q. All in all nothing surprising and the dividend is welcome as always. All in all around a circa 5.5% yield with scope to improve. With the quarterly dividend this is a nice addition to a portfolio. Continued good fortune to all investors. Regards, S
Dividend of 1.375pps announced as normal. Xd 9/2 and paid 24/2. Targeting a year dividend of at least 5.7pps, to 30 Jun 23, which is a 3.6% increase on previous year. Thanks AIRE and keep them coming. Continued good fortune to all investors. Regards S
The "Penny" has finally dropped!!!! The search now begins for someone who can drive this company forward and put it back on a steady footing. Continued good fortune to one and all. Rgds S
This post by Sphinx (and others ) detailing recommendations (or indeed non recommendations) from media outlets really sums up what the boards should all be about. Sharing news, views and general thoughts relating to the the company in question. Thank you to everyone for taking the time to share. I personally would have missed that info had it not been posted so thanks. I like this share, like the dividend and like the potential going forward. One I am glad to have in my portfolio. Continued good fortune to all LGEN investors, potential investors or those just watching this share. Regards, S
Hardup, I think RGL will pleasantly surprise you and good luck with your investment. I am also surprised that the link worked as you say normally they don't. I personally like REIT's and only wish I had discovered them earlier as they are a great way to build up your investments and improve your cash flow. Quarterly dividends and a regular income makes them ideal for me. I am fortunate that the 5 different REIT's I hold all pay out quarterly so with my holdings I get dividend payments every month of the year. With regards IC I was a subscriber for almost 22 years but decided it was getting just a tad too pricey. Thanks again for taking the time to post and good luck with all your investments. May your gains always exceed your losses!!!! Rgds S
