I personally would have missed that info had it not been posted so thanks. I like this share, like the dividend and like the potential going forward. One I am glad to have in my portfolio. Hardup, I think RGL will pleasantly surprise you and good luck with your investment. I am also surprised that the link worked as you say normally they don't. I personally like REIT's and only wish I had discovered them earlier as they are a great way to build up your investments and improve your cash flow. Quarterly dividends and a regular income makes them ideal for me. I am fortunate that the 5 different REIT's I hold all pay out quarterly so with my holdings I get dividend payments every month of the year. With regards IC I was a subscriber for almost 22 years but decided it was getting just a tad too pricey. Thanks again for taking the time to post and good luck with all your investments. Hi TT, It certainly has been a long time coming but I think (or would like to think!) we have weathered the storm. Nothing is ever quick when it comes to safety within industry so lets hope to see some progress from here on in. Trots, Firstly let me say thank you for taking the time to raise those excellent points. I have fully exhausted this years CGT and already have plans in place to get next years used now that the CGT allowance is being chopped. Wish I had moved all my holdings to my ISA account much earlier but all being well if I get it right there will be minimal costs. I have RGL in both my non ISA and ISA accounts so did not want to increase outside my ISA but I think this is a good opportunity to top up so may just add a few more to tide me over. Thank you once again for giving up your valuable time to post - it really is appreciated and I am sure those others reading will find it useful. REIT's outside an ISA are not a good idea - the tax deduction on the dividends is not good for the bank balance lol. I would say now is the time to fully utilise all our ISA allowances. Archy, I think you may well be right there. Would have been nice to pick some up at a lower price but will just have to buy outside my ISA and do a Bed & ISA come April. Onwards and upwards.

Gone for automatic dividend re-investment (at only £0.99p ) so happy to see this bargain price. I need to see the price remain this low at least until the start of the new tax year so I can top up within an ISA account. Continued good luck to all. Rgds S

A good update from company and one that bodes well for future. We are still trading well below NAV of circa 95p. Onwards and upwards.

As we head in to a new week, and one that brings a trading update on Friday 13 Jan 23, I am hoping that this is the start of good news all round for TW. Would be nice to see some decent returns on this share this year. Rgds S

May todays announcement of the 1st contract award of 2023 be the first of many. Albeit only £95 million however it is a good start to the year. Keep them coming please Galliford!!!!!!!
