TALITHA #A – TESTING OBJECTIVES
BFF – Oil quality [3 fracs]
o Talitha success in the basin floor fan will be determined by movable oil of high quality.
35-42 API oil is anticipated.
o Theta West will be assessing the BFF in a superior location
3 Fracture Stimulation Stages Produced/flow tested comingled
 
Slope System – Reservoir quality [2 fracs]
o Permeability measurements and oil quality are the two goals here.
o Success is proving good reservoir quality with movable oil. 35-42 API oil is
anticipated.
2 intervals completed in one split fracture stimulation
Produced/flow tested comingled
 
SMD (Primary Target) – Flow rate [single frac]
o Flow rates from this interval are anticipated to mirror Alkaid #1 test
o IP of 50-80 bopd for the single stage will be a success

According to the Sequence and Schedule of Operations, this weekend, we should see the Drill Rig moved to Theta West and the Coil Tubing Unit move in ready for the testing of Talitha A.
And then we go for a spud at Theta West on Tuesday 18th.

Just go to this site map and hover your mouse pointer over the symbol of twin peaks in a circle that is on the Dalton Highway just south a bit of Prudhoe Bay - that's about where Pantheon are - and it will in a couple of seconds load and show various road condition info, including air temperature in degrees F currently showing -39F as minimum and -29F as max. [that's -39.4Cmin & -33.8Cmax]. You can compare these with temperatures at other road points further south on the map.

The fact that these 2 acquisitions state: " The SPA has an economic effective date of 1 January 2021."
Doesn't that mean that a fair chunk of the acquisition prices will be covered by 2021's net income from these acquisitions ?

Yes, time is ticking on - Alaska's winter is on its way. Monday or at least next week, you'd expect news of any Farm-in. Any potential Farm-In partner has then had time to take cautious stock of COP26 - checking out that it isn't 'throwing any significant spanners into the works'.

"A potential side track lateral on the State 16-2 well (the "State 16-2LN-CC") is forecast to have strong economics as a standalone investment.
Utilising production profiles generated from Gaffney Cline's CPR, and updated with a $55 per BO and $60 per BO prices, the Board estimates the lateral side track could generate the following on a 2C basis:
Initial gross oil production rate: 780 barrels of oil per day
Estimated Ultimate Recovery: 550,000 BO and 1.8 billion cubic feet of gas
Return on Invested Capital: 232% at $55/BO; 314% at $60/BO
Single well net NPV-10: $5.7 million at $55/BO; $6.7 million at $60/BO
The Board believes that the Paradox project has the potential to be a project of considerable scale......"

I would have thought, once the well has cleaned up and producing just hydrocarbons (and not sharing the choke and 'way out' with a load of drilling fluids), then their current max of 690 should head on upwards and well exceed their expected 780bopd.
