I merely communicated timelines that were told to me. I don’t think I can do much more than that.

I went to the length of contacting the FDA. Though they won’t commit to any timelines at the moment. Whether written or verbal.

Not one person on this board can say they’ve contacted FDA directly or spoke to an industry expert on what they perceive to be current timelines for FDA EUA. If they have great, share the information instead of just spouting abuse.

It could land next week, week after, all the way into August. But August is the more probable time line. I know it’s like saying if not next week then week after, or week after. But I think if nothing it’s proved that us waiting for FDA for the last few weeks has been in vain. It was never going to come. I also waited for it. No shame in admitting it.

Its been at least a month since they put in for FDA, if your 1-2 weeks EUA timelines are correct, where is FDA EUA? Its been over a month now.

See my post, its very hard to get into a region where they have a mature sales agreements. Our government gave a 140m contract at 140 a test i think to a company linked to a Tory MP. 140m without tender. And their tests are crap.

They could try to get into Europe and spend time and money trying to do a deal, but its replacing the incumbants, competing against home grown tests. The pandemic was on the decline in Europe by the time the product was ready.

So from Feb - March to End of May 125 approved.

People in the industry are saying 2 months ish for FDA, at the start on the pandemic it was 1 day.

ICMR is overwhelmed and is very complicated, simply put the process appears to as chaotic as a Mumbai traffic jam.

Positive news could land soon, but the tentative dates are August. Once again GDR don’t have control over August timeline but it’s realistic to expect something by then.

Bit like ordering something with a 7-10 delivery and sometimes it arrives in 2 days. If it comes it not something GDR would have done because they don’t control that process.

I’m sorry I would be lying if I said I knew about Africa. It wasn’t on my radar. I’ll try and do some research in this area over the coming days.

At the start of August the sentiment will be different because we would be expecting something, whether it’s an approval or a rejection. You could wait for that first approval and 1m order and buy in then for subsequent news.

Or buy if this drops low. It can certainly happen, and then come August people may start to buy in, in anticipation for news. So double reward as that could bump the SP before news. But this is more risky and you won’t sleep well for a month.

ODX said end of July early August for Indian order. Which incidentally has been shipped. We don’t know the order value though.

Looking at the RNS, we know ICMR is on track from FlyingMachine. We have an order for potentially mid August pending approval. That’s one or two weeks behind ODX.

AVCT have no test so they don’t feature. NCYT are market leaders. They were first. They are leading the way. So ONLY ONE company has got a lead on the competition and it’s them. We are almost at parallel with ODX on our first order.

NO UK SALES. NO EU SALES IMMINENT. GDR have not said we are working in those countries. India, USA, Africa is our market.

The projections are tentatively Next 30 days for something to fall into place. 1m Order will be rapid issue, it’s in the bag. But they need approvals and they don’t control approvals.

So Mid August is our timelines. Till then if it drops buy the dip, God willing after 30 days IF we have approvals it’s a very different landscape out there. It’s a risk but for once we have a tentative timeline if everything goes to plan.

P.s I didn’t post this for an argument with anyone. I’ve spent a whole day digging and speaking to people. To benefit you people with real factual updates. If you believe me fine, if you don’t then we will visit this conversation in a month.

Our sales timeline shifted from June to mid August, but we have 1m next in the bag if approval comes. That’s the takeaway. Nothing can happen before then because we don’t have approvals.
