I put the caveat on this that you understand this is my perception: You appear to get upset and annoyed and to some extent feel hurt by postings. Remember they are only postings. You object to nonsense etc, but you have indulged yourself in going off piste on occasion. I do more nonsense than ,most, it makes me happy. I know that you said you could not come to the site visit due to health issues, had you have done so you would meant some of the people here and would have enjoyed their company. I hope your health Improves in so far as it can. Lighten up and don't annoyed, as that wont help. instead enjoy it for what it is. I cannot see that its an in crowd thing, other than like minded people. Perhaps their responses or the perception of them is more harsh than is intended when comments are made. I have doings with work stuff and that involves human factors ( ergonomics).-I did used to be an industrial engineer looking where we looked at productivity and ways of working to improve effective performance. Now I have doings with safety. From both perspectives placing bags ( in this case tungsten) on raised surfaces, tables or benches reduces injury, it also required far less physical effort ( so increases individual productivity). I suggested stacking bags at waist height to provide improvement. Moving 5kg on the floor requires the same effort as 25kg at waist height. Given the heat at La Parilla manual handling fatigue can be a major factor to the individual. I discussed it with Fernando and he started to implement there and then. He also thanked me and seemed pleased. Sometimes a simple thing can be quite effective. It was not anything special or technically complex, but for me was an easy spot. It is something that is almost bread and butter for me, I find these things everywhere- on a contract last year had something very similar that improved productivity. At la Parilla top guys all of them in my opinion, so I doubt if there is anything else to be found to improve- if there was I could not find it- as I have said previously, it is ergonomically well designed and laid out.

That graphic ties in with what we saw on site. It is an ergonomically well designed site indeed. Actually, on the walk round I spotted a minor improvement opportunity which I pointed out to Fernando- I thought he might be a bit hacked off with me as it was area of management I made the observation on. We discussed the issue and he was enthusiatic and pleased to find a further improvement which he embrassed and started to put in place. Tremendous credit to him as I was for all intents and purposes interfering, a really positive guy imho.

Kev, I said there was unlikely to be much going on during August. My daughter lives in Spain and informed me everyone goes to their village, the hills, forest or coast unless working in the tourist industry- who also go to those places because the tourists are there. Clearly, she was ( and I was) wrong. The progress made in August ( it was very hot over that period, in the 40s) is demonstrable of a strong desire to get up and running and a credit to the workforce. Excellent motivation and commitment. Apologies for my incorrect negativity on that.

Tungsten production takes place at La Parilla so is a proven fact. The exact costs cannot be calculated until up and running fully, as there can be issues that may perhaps arise. However, the design, kit and staff are all top of the line so there is a high level of assurance on that. There Tourmaline to be calculated estimates based on fact that can stand up to considerable due diligence before production otherwise the finance would not have been forthcoming . The figure Wres were quoting was $90 mtu ( a very low cost) which would indicate it to be very profitable. There is an expectation that this could get lower to $65, but, to be fair there would need to be full test runs to say for certainty - but the evaluated $ 90 is still excellent in any case.

Kev, thanks for the comment on integrity. I asked the question on production cost, reasked and then reconfirmed. I was given a full response and explanation. $65 is a reasonable expectation based on trial runs, the new design spec of kit, the particular ore body, the geology, position and the mining operation together with the very well organised process arrangements. It is a somewhat perfect alignment. In addition, speaking after that with Fernando, he also had some ideas to further improve the quality of ore being put into system using some very good no cost initiatives. As I have alluded to, everyone I met and the equipment was all very top drawer.

Thanks Kev. Your understanding of these great matters is unparalleled. So for La Parilla we will produce Tungsten, Tin and Tourmaline.The Tungsten will get us $2.5 million revenue per month and Tin and Tourmaline are add ons. Then we have Regus to start and Tarouca in the wings for more tungsten. Then we have copper and gold at Portalegree. Nothing not to like imho.
