Kev, I might swap them in for a car using superdielectric technology if they get the attenuation issues at high output, using the carbon based capacitors as batteries at large scale might still leave similar power to weight ratios as lithium storage batteries too. However, the improved reduction in pollution for these when produced, the increased charge/ discharge life span, and quickly charge time makes it a very promising technology. it is about getting it up to larger scale with attenuation from current devices ( excellent though it is) that will make it monster, mind you should still have lots of application even if at smaller scales than for vehicles. It would be a wise chap that could get in on this at the ground floor, huge potential.

The twelve largest ships produce about half the pollution as they burn waste crap oil once in maritime waters. The Chinese build a coal fired power station every week. The Indians are doing similar. What we do with our measures to reduce footprint is negligible at best and actually making things worse most often. As for the protests lot they should go lay down in front of some Asian or Chinese bulldozers and strap themselves to some S American trees. Anyway I am down to three cars now, so I am doing my bit.

Oldskool. I take issue with the proposed purchase of an electric car. They kill the planet, the production of such a vehicle creates three times the pollution and carbon footprint of maintaining an existing car. The tyres have to be harder and produce more particulate pollution than a diesel car. The energy they consume is often produced by fossil fuels, the electricity gets huge transmission losses and then there are losses in battery charging and discharging with further losses on changing electricity to kinectic energy. Electric cars ( particularly those that use lithium batteries) are not the mythological planet saver, they are the reverse. If you must go electric, perhaps hang on- the Japanese and shy Koreans are going for hydrogen fuel cells in a big way, they will be the future imho. Tungsten is very useful in the associated technologies, so Wres is a sound investment because of the dead’s that will be tested over the longer term,

MM has always stated (and from as far back as the visit) when I have seen him that access to the grant money would be important, particularly in the early stages of the T2 mine development as it goes into full scale production. In essence, what we have is access to the grant money at the early stages of going into production.

We need to be regularly employing 25 people at la parilla. On a rule of thumb. 25 employees for one year costs about € 1million. Given we are behind schedule and we lost a fair bit on the exchange rate issue from the Blackrock loan we are most likely lower on funds than was envisaged. So making sure there is enough money to provide full time worker contracts with EU employee rights is key to accessing the grant- now if a loan at a very low interest rate facilitates that, it is better to do it than not. As theRNS refers to accessing the grant that makes good sense to me.It would be preferable to not have the loan, but given the low interest rate it, as it says, bringing forward working capital and allowing a cash reserve, which all makes sense too. It would, of course be better to be on target with the mine fully up and running, but we are nearly there now,

There are no reliable studies identifying the effects of nano particles in the environment as they relate to humans. There was a study sometime ago in a lab in the USA, all other papers or discussions are based on that one alone ( when you follow the citations back to source). Without any epidemiology goodness what will happen to us in years to come. Could make asbestos and uranium seem to be minor issues. Nano particles released into the environment with no understanding of the effects. They are present everywhere, used in things like a spray for polish or protection they just float off everywhere, and go through us too. Big lumps are far better.

Well I just had some very nice wine, excellent steak, and jeeeeeez what a game of football that was. I am buzzing, then I took a look at the Wres website cos I got that warm glow all over....... the blue metal work is the same colour as me brake callipers on one of me motors.......... well it’s omens of plenty if ever there was. I shall be watching Liverpool tonight too. How lucky we are to be able to watch our amazing televisions with live broadcasts. We live such incredibly rich lives and we do so little to deserve it. So not really in the interests of a company, but a company with LTHs would be a target for stirring up- as all the old people like me get all riled up. Which also explains the intolerable insulting abuse I had to put up with. Whilst we are anonymous on here, many of us have met and so are not really. It is not pleasant for an elderly person like myself to be abused etc, and one would have thought a ban would e appropriate. However, as behaviour ultimately brings in hots and responses it, in turn brings revenue for the hosts. So that sort of explains trolling and why it gets allowed. In the meantime I stand to make a very good profit here. Onwards and upwards.
