STV. In the garden of me last house I dug s massive hole and filled it with rubble from me house adjustments. I then made the garden into two levels with a little slope. Looked quite good and the rubble bit had good drainage. So dig a big hole and you can then redistribute for levelling or whatever more easily. Good things start with digging a hole and moving the dirt. That’s why I invested here.

An unambiguous piece of news that is in line with arriving at the promised land ( as per September) should see considerable buying from others. The production figures of 20T are, by any interpretation, disappointing when we already thought that this had been happening and should be ramping up. However, moving forward it is what it is and now things should really start moving. What is heartening though is the update on Regua; my reading of that is we incur costs on haulage and construction, but only for that which is produced as a fixed price on apt per mtu. So we should not be paying for dirt shipped and crushed that does not yield fruit. If that’s the case in the contract, crackerjack imho.

The crushing and haulage price........it reads as though the provider only gets paid by may output. Which if it is the case, means we only pay for what we can deliver. If the contract is written like that, well excellent imho. ATP our, rather than dirt in, well done.

I must say I am impressed if your source(s) informed you of MM's lunch and you then extrapolated, by reasoning, who the other attendees were. All seems well and good, but who would know MM? If someone in your circle does, then it follows that you know MM (even if vicariously). Then if we take your stated investment in Wres as true, it follows that you perhaps have had indications other than the usual information of this as a worthy punt. I take it you move in the areas of business investment by some capacity then. If I am wrong then it is even more of a hats off to you for being a diviner of some prowess. florida is sort of sleepy in November, I been twice at that time of year, stayed at Key Largo once, went to the dolphin place there, also saw a the fin of a great white go past right close to the shore, unfortunately a young boy had been taken by one (the same?) a day earlier up on one of the other keys. Them ocean going Crocs are massive, but you can get closer to them at that time of year cos they is sleepy. The mangroves are interesting indeed, but I had a nightmare about snakes after and it put me off.. The children loved it all, theme parks especially. In November its in the 70s and the hurricane season is gone and there aint no mosquitos then, imho a great time of year to go. .Perhaps floridesque RNS tomorrow?

There's a lot of hard work going into making a negative slant. There are new structures and it evidences the work on the plant unequivocally-it appears any piece of information is shoe 'horned' into a negativity regardless of its positive information. One wonders if those who purport thier only concern is to comment on facts have any views on that..

I have held and bought more at lower prices, whereas you have decided to sell so as to derisk from exposure on this company. What I find curious is the posting on a BB where you have no financial interest, why bother arguing etc? Why take the time? Starter; it is my understanding that the offtake agreement is that they will take minimum of 80% of the production at the spot price. There are no penalty clauses, it is so they have first dibs on the product. I cannot be bothered to look it up, but it will be somewhere in the malarkey’s. What would have been good would to be at full production now. However, we are on the that road.
