Events, unforeseen impediments. We are about 4 -5 months behind from stated heroic targets. I don’t understand all the whys and wherefores to be honest. However, having visited the site and looking at what is now there, I am, despite delays, very impressed. Having worked on engineering and civil engineering, I personally never came across anything that did not find problems, delays, cash flow emergencies and even intervention by Rain God’s ( How is Cross Rail doing?). Mining projects have a high percentage of target overrun at start up. Getting the best deal for finance on just dirt is in itself problematic. Getting the correctly designed plant and machinery that is designed for specific use, used for what it is intended and operated by trained personnel takes quite a bit of getting it together. Perhaps those that understand these things recognise deadlines might be moved along and accept that. It might be that further discoveries of resource led to delays because of the need for s total teaspraidal of a now much larger enterprise than originally envisaged. Setting up a mine in a favourable jurisdiction with local, regional and national support is singularly difficult to achieve. To have the CEO put a considerable amount of their own money is impressive. To meet with some larger investors who have carried out their own research and who also invest adds to my own opinion. And after all that, we all want profits as soon as possible- and that is the weakness of some that put their money in AIM, if the money is needed for an investor there is the potential for loss. If the fundamentals read well( imho they do) then you can hold or buy if you feel comfortable too. In the meantime, I mussels for lunch, very nice too. I am OK with this investment and anticipate much reward, if I didn’t I would sell and not post except on this bb ( other than for cheery interaction with some rather good chaps). I am chill, and I think if I come across anymore spare cash I get some more Wres, especially at these prices... and oh did I mention the gold.. .

If a company, say a mining company is going into the installation, commissioning, preproduction and initial production stages it will need cash. Unless it can pull money out of someone’s backside it would do something like a loan ( before anyone says anything that would have to be way above base rate). This money would then facilitate all the various requirements for payments. This could well take over year, in this case of mining starter it would probably overrun on time too. So if the mining company ( let’s pretend it was called Wreses) had to pay cash in the first year, psyments would be from the loan itself. Hence we end up with early payments compromising of PIK if the CEO is shrewd enough to plan ahead. Simple really and only a theory.

Indeed STV, it appears I have been towed away (Kev similarly). For some reason pointing out that a poster takes a principled stance on a point, then also several other points; then drives a coach and horses through just to be vexatious. Anyway, for those feeling hurt over the current SP and wishing for improvement in Wres mkt cap, please consider how MM with his holding must be feeling. To propose that he deliberately or by neglect, or omission causes wants a low SP is absurd. The SGM wa only two weeks ago and the BOD (and associates) appeared the most upbeat I have seen them. My view is for a bright future on this company.

Langtro, exactly. With regard to a CLN, that is a lesson already learned. I cannot see that happening now. If I were to see that my posts would change from

We have local support. We have kit designed for the ore wlfe didn’t. Wlfe had to keep crushing and rectifying and bring in more crushers on lease, many obstacles we don’t have because it’s taken longer to get it right. If you think good design and implementation is overly expensive and takes longer than expected for a tungsten mine, you could do worse than drive past Drakelands to see the reason we are where we are....,. And that really is on the cusp of something rather good.
