To date, Tern has invested GBP4.3 million in the business including GBP2 million in the last fundraising round in which Alsop Louie Partners and other qualified investors also participated. Based on its last fundraising round, and using a conversion rate of $1 : GBP1.25, the enterprise value of Device Authority is calculated at GBP18.4 million. Alsop Louie Partners is the US technology venture capital firm known for being one of the original investors in Twitch, the game-streaming site sold to Amazon for $970 million in 2014. The BOD considered us to be significantly undervalued at 12p, but they seem happy with us eternally dwindling in the 2p - 4p range. Simply no drive and ambition in my view. A weak lazy BOD, and I can see why very few bother with this stock now. HEARTLESS.

On the 12th December 2014 Mr Dyachenko was appointed as interim CEO.

Director accusations - spurious debts, fires, spillages, failed drilling, promises of M & A never materialising - this company is a living pantomime and frankly a disgusting operation if you study their ongoing history. When does the BOD ever issue a genuinly good RNS without throwing in a bit of bad news to perpetuate doubt and put potential investors off . Personally I find this an insidiously vile company which can only aim to achieve basic decency and integrity towards its loyal share holder base - which frankly they don't deserve. Just my opinion as a distinctly disenchanted long term holder.

So few of these shares available even a sniff of news sends them flying , only 29 trades. IMO you need to accumulate as many as you can of these up to 5p and then wait 6 months. Are you joking Carling ha ha - more like wait another 20 years !
