Get it firmed up, and DO A DEAL with the Chinese. Enough is enough Nick ! - and how you cannot recruit a replacement Chairman with all this potential ? Why did I EVER put my faith in a solicitor running a company like this ????

I don't think that the recent give away price nominal placing had any other purpose than to pull the sp back to let somebody or some people out - clear from the sells. Looks like possibly another AIM listed BOD who's last thoughts are with the shareholders !! Why are they not singing from the rooftops about DA ???? Scandalous IMVHO

A company with a potentially hugely successful portfolio, and on the verge of possibly global success - and the BOD hit us with a give away price for a nominal placing - and what do these sad mm's do - the only thing they know to do - pull the price down to the placing price, regardless of the size of it or how well the underlying performance of the key portfolio companies are doing. Quite a sad little market seemingly totally unsupervised - like a children's playground - lacking knowledge and the relevant abilities. Come on guys, surely even you lot can do better than that - err, on second thoughts ;)

Wow ! - this could be the catalyst to restore shareholder value here - Gla :))))))))))))))) Off-take agreements Volt recently signed its fifth offtake agreement this year filling 100% of proposed Stage 1 capacity from Namangale. The company signed a non-binding offtake term sheet with Qingdao Tianshengda Graphite for 10,000 tonnes per annum of flake graphite product from Stage 1 production. This is the fourth agreement that Volt has signed with a Chinese graphite group since management completed a successful product marketing trip in May 2017.

sp at a nearly all time low - and not even one mm raises the bid - I can think I can safely conclude that NOBODY is really that impressed with ACP - and you have got to ask why - yes, WHY can they STILL not recruit a replacement Chairman - it seems nobody can work with these Aussies with over inflated egos !! All we need now is some REAL interest from an offtake buyer and WE COULD actually be off to the races !!!! :) GLA

If this resource is so good, get it sold or do a farm out with a carry and get this sp back up and move on. What is the point in taking on projects with great potential and then just trashing them through ineffective inexperienced poor management - this company is a BAD joke !!
