Thld this level e sneaky mm's will hold this level for 10 - 15 minutes - then drag it down to a 6p - 6.5p spread - recovering by mid morning when they have raided the weak holders. And then back to the status quo 😎

AIM mm's know nothing else and are lets face it, not the brightest lights in the tree ;) So bring on 4p,5p or 6p - whatever makes you get excited - but without mug sellers it is pontless. A few on here need to brush up on their counting skills. If you are judging TERN's value based on a £300k placing at 6.6p, then you really need to avoid investing your money in stocks and shares. This company / DA are on the verge of being a massive player in a lucrative global market with a huge demand. As I said - DO THE NUMBERS !!!!!

Ok, overall looking VERY VERY good. But ask yourselves this :- Why did the BOD hit the market with this at 16.31 on a Friday ??? And at a 20% discount !!! DA's market cap up circa 50% - so why do they have to do a placing of only £300k (only 4% of our mkt cap) at a 20% discount ?? Their ii buddies can potentially gain way more than the whole placing funds by conning less savvy holders into believing that this is bad news and that the sp should automatically drop to 6.6p or under on Monday morning. So the timing really does stink from a BOD who have been silent for far too long IMVHO So my advice before you give your shares away to this attempted sting -- DO THE SUMS !!!!!!!!!!

Current Investment £4.3m for 56.8% equity yes, so 56.8% of $36m = $20.45m (£15.76m) So I reckon the pre fund raising valuation is probably the tip of the iceberg for DA and in a short space of time could be worth multiples of that !! And SO our current market cap is only 57.1% of the pre fund raising valuation of DA which is only one of TERNS portfolio of assets !!!!!!!! - this is going to be huge IMVHO - I won't be selling one share on Monday as the mm's sweep up the weak holders on the cheap - happy days :))))))))

The fundraising attributes a pre-money valuation to Device Authority of $36m, or $0.75 per share, up from $23m or $0.47 at the last equity issue. So our current Mkt Cap is £9m ($11.69m) Remind me - how much do we own of DA ??? !

Why the silence ? Disgraceful - clearly you dont want the markets to wake up to the real value of DA. So i think we have a classic case of putting their own interests and self preservatiion before those of the shareholders who put their hard earned cash in to support the company !

It strikes me as though the Directors of this company are quite happy earning nice fat salaries without any distractions such as a hostile bid which may see some of them out of a job ! We can all see the fantastic story developing with Device Authority, however we are having to dig to find it and the company don't seem to want anybody to know just what potential is sitting right under their noses. They just seem happy managing a portfolio without drawing any attention to the fact that they could have a MASSIVE gem in it !!! Come on guys - tell the market just how well DA are doing - or are you scared to in case you talk yourselves out of a job ??? !!! AIMVHO
