Interesting thought Utah. Some of my shares went today. The very earliest shares i bought had a limit. 1.5 million in tranches at an average of 6.4p. I was so sure the limits were removed. However I will buy back in. Now here comes the conundrum so as to speak. Do I buy first thing or wait to see if a dip. For the sake of it I will buy in ASAP. No different here than a newbie in a sense. We are rising and my aim at one point was to have 10, million shares. I am short of that a couple plus a bit million now.
Game plan for me now is let what I have hold for gold. 9 years and now without doubt the best aim share and chat board to be in I feel.
We all at times have and express our differences. I bear no grudge against anyone but welcome peoples opinions and reasonings. I may not agree and they may neither. I have always been vocal and aired my argument at times to my detriment especially with my work. If something is wrong I will say so. We can deal with truth and fact and when combined good reasoning should prevail. I have carried out very complex reports and the been requested to change them as they do not fit a managements objective. You ask me to carry out and research. I give you my findings and as you not like, you want me to change them. I cannot really repeat here my reply to that. There are genuine people and there are some who diplomatically speaking, not so genuine.

I have believed in the science and at last and I will use the term of 'it is now coming to fruition:
Not been easy at times . Classed as a ramper perhaps. I will always give my honest opinions neither with intent to ramp or deramp. Share chat boards should contain honest people whether they push negative or positive. It is difficult for new investors to separate the chaff from the corn.
My feelings here are extremely positive and I sincerely wish all those that have invested here old and new, good health and prosperity.

The important point here is that rather than sell for a greater than 100% return on a fortnight investment ,he has chosen to add another 30 million shares at a higher price. Lubbly jubbly.

The high net worth individual knows a little more than we do. He not selling he buying. Speaks volumes. It indicates Sareum have the ability to raise funds. Government funded Agile and partner to take it into manufacturing or are Sareum going it alone on this one. They have the right connectuons so may chose to cut out the middleman pharma on 1801 for Covid. Sareum would also need be able to demonstrate for the purposes of gaining access to agile sufficient funding to take it forward. They have just demonstrated/ proved that.

Results due by end of June. Expect Agile platform granting thereof by mid July. Bare in mind there is in most cases inevitable delays.
If it does what it says on the side of the tin so as to speak, then be sure the government will want this up their sleeve, ready should the pandemic take a turn for the worse. Should it not take a turn for the worse the compound will still be required as part of contingency plan. A no brainer so as to speak.
There really is little else out there as far as I can see. The virus whose origins are dubious to say the least has shown the ability to aggressively mutate. I will speak no further on this issue.

Cytokine storm should be controlled at the very least , there is nothing to suggest so far that this should not be the case in human trials. Remember that it was the WHO that recommended that Tyk2 should be investigated with regards to Cytokine storm. In addition we have an optimum amount of Jak 1 which will also control an alternative STAT pathway without out the downside affect of Jak1 as the TYK 2 is more selective over the JAK1. This can clearly be confirmed with Sareum having difficulty reaching the maximum tolerated dose. 30 x dose was achieved and Tim then stated we will have to go to many times higher to achieve MTD.
Their crystallisation of a compound and its associated patent would appear to overcome this. Much can be said on this topic alone.

As I say nothing is ever concrete so as to speak. As I have said before, all in all very promising.
Two biggest problems with investments I have encountered are fear and greed. Both can lead us to make the wrong decisions. Invest only what you can afford to lose. In this sense never leave yourself that short that you need to sell if the price should drop. In this instance you can control when you sell and not the money markets.

Once Agile has been granted expect a price increase. Sareum hold the reins on this one. 20p is certainly not out of the question. It would give a circa 600 million market cap at 20p per share.
Bare in mind also that SDC1801 is worth this amount without success with Covid 19. With Covid 19 the mind boggles. But accept this may not happen overnight.
I would expect after successful entry onto the Agile platform that either a partner or licensee would be announced soon thereafter.

Sareum have experienced problems in the past, however none of these problems are due to the compounds failing.
No milestone/reduced milestone payment from Sierra for SRA737 and the Aurora FLT+3 solubility issues with regards to an oral compound. The later I believe ought to be resolved with the crystallisation and patent for its compounds.
Nothing is ever 100% guaranteed, but my opinion is this is as close as you will get.

A lot of research I am doing at the moment. Our Tyk2 Jak 1 looks pretty well spot on. Other aspects are very interesting and indeed concerning. I will not post here as the recalcitrant look keen to have my factual posts removed.
All I will say is our Tyk 2 compound looks to be in the right place at the right time.

Zak mir ref. People also sell up and take a profit when they would have made much more by holding. They dont always get things right either. One thing they do do though is apply a bias slant. Good luck with your investments classic and nothing wrong with taking a profit.
