Sar would not be liable for breaches or default of a contract by Sierra. The agreement was made between the CPF and Sierra. Should the agreement state that all will be returned should commencement or announcement not made by a specific date then that is what will happen. Sareum and the ICR would not be liable for any costs. Sareum and Icr have milestones and royalty payments
Show me any material that states they ( Sareum and or the ICR) will have liabilities to pay should Sierra have to return the CHK1.

The deal is between Sierra and the CPF not Sierra and Sareum. So bringing it back would not cost Ssareum a penny.
Quite happy for you to prove me wrong on this one Lucan. It is Sierra who have negotiated extra time to explore new financial options and even had the front end milestone reduced from 5m to 2m . They have had 12 months and by failing to act would be in default yet again. A half decent lawyer would tear them to pieces and leave them with an even bigger 'exploration of options' to pay legal fees.

They will be owing Gilead circa 180 million for there licence of Momoletonib. Perhaps they should take a leaf out of Sareums book and get some HNWI's aboard.

We will be around 8p middle price l would guess at close of play today.

Regarding the HNWI and 3.5million raised. Should an additional 1.5million be raised then that would make us eligible for up to 30 million of funding. Sareum could take Covid 19 treatment up on it's own. The income and more importantly profit could then be used to finance and pave the way for 1801 and 1802 to be put into stage 2 trials or until such a time as a pharma decides that they want our compounds.

We are not there 100% but as close as we can get until human trial confirmation.

Understand a stock before you put money on it as many of us have done here years ago.

There were fools then telling us we would never get above 1p. Or buy at 0.4 p and sell at 0.7 as only way to make money. It is a dog of a share and will never make money. All these statements and many more like were made sub 3p.

Progress on SRA737 would be good for a start. Sierra have sat on it for a year whilst they explore their options and in the meantime our market cap grown larger than Sierra's.

The elusive pill! Most of these are antiviral.

I were talking to an ex Naval medic over the weekend. He were fine with anti viral, his only negative aspect were that after a period of time anti viral loose their effectiveness as a virus mutated. Quinnine no longer effective against Malaria is just one example.

More to the point there should be no reason as to why our SDC 1801 cannot be used to prevent a cytokine storm, as opposed to wait for a cytokine storm to develop then attempt to down regulate as is the cytokine storm which is damaging to our bodies vital organs.

Of course this would put us one up on Baricitinib, as Baricitinib only for EUA only, due to its known side effects. No cytokine storm, no emergency so as to speak. A better profile to, if this is the case by definition.

No known side affects with SDC 1801 or 1802 in murine or pre clinical tests. No toxicity found in 1801 at 30 times treatment dosage.

In your 26 years of investing try spending some of your time to find out and research what a product is. How much it is worth if successful and competitors. Perhaps then you could have bought in here at a small percentage of your one time buy in at average of 9p.

Trimme, there is nothing wrong with Sareum or its compounds and certainly nothing wrong with the high net worth individuals who have invested wisely.

The biggest setback to investors is greed ie fear of missing out or fear, that being fear of losing money.

As this would provide an alternative form of investment we certainly do not need a pharma at the moment. Perhaps Sierra could do something similar as been exploring for nearly a year. Although pretty soon will need 5 hit or get off the pot.

What you reckon as to when starting trials? Do Sareum wait for patent grant confirmation or do we press ahead.
At one time you could have patent applied for. But due to the nature and worth of our compounds, an extra few weeks will leave us 100% protected from copies or generic drugs.

As l see it there us nothing to stop a company copying our manufacture of a crystallization of a compound if there are no patents in place at time of copying. In addition should prevent the chinese copying our Flt 3 for the benefit of the oral route.

Pretty certain we will have it all sewn up. I am sure Lth here could raise a million easily and most of us individually.

Afternoon Boil. SDC1801 is not a repurposed drug as we all know. It is a new immunotherapy kinase inhibitor undergoing tests that include its effectiveness in down regulating the cytokine storm and possibilities of it being used as an aid to recovery. Perhaps maybe even used on it's own as a preventative or with a non toxic kinase inhibitor.
