I very much doubt that GSK would form another company with Sareum. A buyout is possible and even probable. With a market cap over a hundred billion they also have the financial clout to purchase should they so desire. That my opinion only.

Is it uses the word profile. Yes the profiles of SDC1801 and Baricitinib will be similar. But l am betting my bottom dollar that SDC will way out perform Baricitinib irrespective of safety profile.

JTyk 2 is similar to Jak 2 but has far more selectivity for one. SDC 1801 dose dependant control. No problem here as little to no toxicity. Baricitinib very limited to dose as carrys NDA black box warnings and not recommended (EUA withdrawn) as a 'on its own' treatment.

It puts a value on Sareums market cap of just under a billion pounds. Good pre SDC 1801 and 1802 trial price, but not post if and when proves its potential.

Statistics are a very powerful tool when used correctly. Most of our life is controlled by statistics. House insurance, car insurance , effects of smoking and drinking and even the effects of cancer and immuno treatments in observed controlled extremely costly studies.

I am sure Benjamin Franklin knows all about that. 10 out of 10 mice and greater than 98% tumour reductions. As l said, when statistics are used correctly are a very powerful tool.

Percentages should really only be used when subject numbers are greater than 100. It is however easier to guage percentages than fractions.
In addition accuracy is related to the magnitude of count especially when used statistically. The so called statistics of counting.

A good post. It is surprising that they profess to know so much but make so many mistakes, it takes away any self opinionated idea of being an expert they might have. Indeed Motley Fool is a very apt name.

The only thing can say to this is why would you have a secret patent for an 1802 compound that is already patented?

Much of the opinion of is to do with crystallization of compounds.

I remember Tyrosine but not aware of new name Thymine. Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor. So here i take it we have a Tyrosine Kinase acting as the inhibitor as I see it or would be counter productive. It certainly makes sense if this is the case.
