I have a feeling that we all hold GGP except T and O?
My GGP trading extras are in nice profit but resisting the urge to sell them.
Bought more NCYT on the dip, hoping to sell later today.
Have sold about half my ASC to start the weekly climb towards my target.

Sold CCL at 1383 just before US open, I didn't expect them to be so strong on the open. Still, a profit is a profit.

V...We live in Devon, our land borders Dartmoor, beautiful but bleak windy and cold (and wet) for a lot of the year.
Can you remind me of the dates for GGP events coming up? Thanks. I don't really trade GGP or NCYT, I am a LTH of both, however lately I have added to both holdings some "extras" meaning to trade them but my fingers are sticky!

T....no didn't sell ASC at the open, still crying into my "substantial Meal" over not selling ASC yesterday.

Yesterday at the close I was regretting not selling ASC at above 4500 but, as T says, Black Friday so hopefully that will give a boost to ASC and BOO.

O...fully agree with your posting on MCRO chat about the effects of shorting and trading bots and by extension, high speed trading.
We are apoplectic down here in devon due to being placed in tier 2. Gravesham in Kent? We have a coffinswell near us, all covid friendly nominative deterministic names. I love it.

V...Good price yesterday on GGP, If I had noticed it get to that, I may well have sold some myself. I think you should be able to buy back cheaper, they have been bobbling around 23p for what seems like weeks.

Things must be dull on the market if we are talking biscuits and prints (and tax returns).
I am delighted to have completed my return and like m, I am a month early.
I must admit to being one of those cheapskates who refills cartridges, it has always suceeded for me. I last did it 2 months ago and the printer was working fine then one day it wasn't.
V...I'll try your tip of tapping the cartridges, thanks.
m...I also have a laserjet, which I much prefer, trouble is that it has an old RS232 interface.

V....aarrhh, the old "turn it off and on again" trick, tried that. It is a Canon MG2150 and is giving an error code E05 which means unrecognised ink cartridge. They do have ink in them. Tried taking them out and putting them back in, tried cleaning contacts on cartridges and the "point" contacts in the printer, all looks clean actually. Suppose I could spend £15 each on two new cartridges (one black, one triple colour) but I can get a new printer for £35. Wanted to print our tax returns but I have backup copies on file. Thanks for the interest and help.
Will try changing my variety of biscuit from Abernethy also.

It's certainly not quiet around these parts......Bl++dy printer isn't working, done everything I can think of and been online and watched some Youtube stuff which told me to"clean the contacts between cartridges and the printer pins", Did that,will try kicking it next. It is about 8years old so maybe it's time has come. Also, and this is almost worse, dunked my biscuit into my coffee and it dropped in and melted......doh.
On the market I hold OPG power ventures which are up 11% this morning, the only positive thing I can see at the moment. NCYT were down 10% earlier, now they are up 5%, incredible, I can't keep up.

R....well done on the CCL trade, wish I hadn't sold now. Further to my message last night to you about PLUS, I have just bought more at 1568

V...already got a shed load of SNG. I am a believer in them so I should average down I suppose but..... They are my 3rd highest holding, after NCYT and GGP, both currently in a nice profit but SNG is at at loss with me, not sure of the average but I must be 40% down on them having last bought around 190.

R...well I was repeatedly getting sell quotes on IG for PLUS but felt that the candlesticks weren't "peaky" enough...the share price was bumping along, not flat but almost, peaks were too small for me, so I am happy to wait for tomorrow. I think PLUS will dip again but not to far then it will sore up above 1600. Delution is a wonderful thing, isn't it? But seriously, I was monitoring IGG and CMC as well. CMC has just had good, very good results and it goes ex divi on thursday for 9.3p? It did well today and I think PLUS is following it. I see PLUS as being closer to CMC than it is to IGG.
I note that GGP is 23p to sell again, it is more stable with vaccine news lately. i.e. vaccine affecting gold price. Interestingly Centamin and FRES were both down 4 or 5%. Conclusion? I am happy to hold or even buy more GGP.

R...I didn't use the CGT calculator, I have got inyo the habit of doing it manually but copying what my accountant used to do.

Happy with today's trading, made more than weekly target. Managed by chance to sell CMC at a maximum and was even thinking of buying them back again, maybe tomorrow morning. PLUS had an early run up this afternoon, I was hoping for an extra run up after 4pm. I didn't happen....could have sold them at a reasonale profit but think I may be luckier tomorrow.
