I have been chasing my shares over the last few years which were once held by SVS who west bust with the shares and accounts were then transferred to ITI Capital (another useless company).

I have been informed that Neville Registrars no longer hold any shares on Crest.

The shares registry has been transferred back to Herencia and are now in house as per communication from

Carl Dumbrell who informs me that an investment term sheet will be distributed to all shareholders once finalised.

The Board intends to seek a re-listing on London Stock Exchange and to acquire interest in other hard metals and new energy resource projects.

I'm not sure this company is still active.
I can not find anything on the WWW that indicates to me the Company is still operating even the Accounts are late at Companies House.

I'm still digging.

Corporate Action – Herencia Resources – Delisting
Herencia Resources plc has announced that WH Ireland Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed by 7am on Tuesday 27th August, admission of the Company`s shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

The Company`s shares remain suspended from trading on AIM at this present time.

Saga plc confirms that on 17 July 2019 (it's 'Trustee's') completed the purchase in the market of a total of 2,035,246 Ordinary shares.

With Saga's new 3year fixed Insurance pricing plus a boat on the horizon I'm sure this will turn around and we will not be at 42p in six months time.

I had insurance with saga a couple of years and the renewal was expensive so holding the price for 3 years can only be be good for Customers and Sage as well as share holders.

I need 15p per share to brake even then a little extra for my 3year ride.

My Saga Travel Insurance was priced at £161.90 for a 7 night Holiday to Europe (Tenerife)
Saga also quoted me Travel Insurance for a Year in Europe would be priced at £93.76

I found one company providing Annual Travel insurance for £28.70 then again this company does not like paying out.

The others were between £77.87 and £45.87 which puts SAGA as the hight priced company for travel Insurance.

Some of my shares are from Airtours with my holding increased before they stopped the 10% share holing discount.
I've been monitoring the cost of Holidays to The canaries, One particular location was priced at £694 for two people all inclusive for a week. On Black Friday it was priced at £920 with a £50 discount. The same Holiday is priced at £850 (today Tue 27th Nov). The same Holiday is priced at £970 for July, £1070 for August and £930 for Sept 2019.

I can not see any logic in having such a high price for August if one is concerned with a heatwave in the UK at the same time. I would expect the August price to be competitive NOW so people make a booking for that period in the winter months.

The Canaries are now one of the most expensive locations to visit, A week sight seeing in Vegas or a week chilling on the beaches of Cape Verde cost less.

I want my 10% share holder discount back and a change in the Boardroom.

Some of us have no option but to be patient. In 2015 I purchased 1,500,000 shares at 0.649 For me to get my money back, I will have to wait till the shares hit 15p a far cry from 2.225 they are to-day. After consolidation in November last year I was left with 7,500 shares worth just 60p Things are looking up and I for one wish they continue to do so as I'm here for the long term.
