Pipelines are great, but seem to be a risk. Employing local companies to truck the oil can still be highly lucrative, and also puts money back into the locals pockets, rather than the greedy pipeline operators. If they get different supply routes going, this could be highly lucrative without the pipeline IMO. Time will tell, and we seem to have that now, lots of it!!

No need to push the share price too quick. I want to top up at the end of August as new funds become available. Plus far better to have share buybacks as low as possible. It will get to fair value in good time IMO.

Yes, July numbers were stated in the last update, and my expectation is we will only get the 1.5c dividend next quarter. Not complaining though, as I think we'll get more special increases over the next year, and hopefully an increase in the base dividend sometime in the next year.

BTW, Do you know who left the £25k there and if they're going to want it back?

They are also committed to returning spare capital via buy backs too, which adds up to a pretty good return.

Too many flippers here. Hot when they want to sell higher, and scaremongering when they want to buy lower. You have to see through their shallow spins.

Anyway, I managed to average my very small holding here so personally happy. Its obvious now this company can simply keep going until the pipeline restored. Its a waiting game and patience is required. Nothing has really changed. Looks like extremely good value if you are patient.

I also watched the presentation and was impressed. Looks the best compared to peers in many ways, perhaps most significantly on interest rates locked in for long term, and the coverage if the dividend. Looks like their ESG approach is spot on, and they have plans to increase revenue and profit. This is one of several income streams for my pension, and I was more than happy.

Brent approaching $87. Surprised we aren't moving up quicker after the updates yesterday. Guessing some selling on this news which is slightly holding us back ATM. Cheers.

As usual another negative post from old squarepants. Unbelievable. He even claims to be invested. Ho ho. He's traded out and missed out on the good news.

Great numbers, and a mega divi up 66%. Well pleased.

Reckon we could see a significant move in the next week if we get good data. The dribbling of buy backs will have had an impact on free float already IMO. Moves quickly in relatively low volumes.

GTE did a reverse split at 1 for 10 on the 5th May. Price before split 65p, it should have now been £6.50, but has yet to recover from the reverse split madness. It hasn't touched £6.50 in the last 3 months.

Brent over $84 and on an upward trend. Looking forward to the update next Tuesday. Should be good.

Thanks for the useful links for water levels. Appreciated. Notice that they are currently struggling to buy in London? Normally a 50 -50 split with Aim and TSX. Seems very few trades going through on AIM and the price rises quickly on low volumes. Will be interesting, I reckon, if we get a good update on the 8th. GLA

I'll be very interested to see if the BoD knows what a progressive dividend is. Just in case they don't, it's one that increases from the previous one last year! I won't be amused if they break their promise when they restarted the dividends two years ago.

This REIT has held up very well relative to its peers. Solid dividend and likely capital growth from this low point. Been slowly accumulating from my dividend pot for long term pension income. Where else can you get 7%+ yield and good capital growth prospects?

Reported as a 6% increase in dividend. Actually there has also been a reduction in number of shares, which should lead to 7%+
