Good to see NAV increase here. Dividend kept the same for 2024, which is fine by me at around 9% yield. Reckon they will sort the current issues out in 2024 and we will start to see dividend progression.

I think it's quite liquid. I've rarely had any problem trading what I like, although 50k is normally my max. Just not many people trading here, which I can understand, as it's one to hold and forget most of the time.

Anyone got theirs yet? Guess there may be a lot going back in here at this price.

Looking at where these markets closed yesterday, we should be trading closer to 48p atm. So looks like great value on AIM!!

At around 12% yield, this is an incredible bargain for the future. As soon as interest rates take z stro down this will climb quickly. The rise here is already starting with that anticipation IMO. However, I believe lots of trusts will move sharply up when that happens. Should be in the next 2 months. Fingers crossed!

Looks like mixed news. Production down on last year and prices reduced, leading to a loss making quarter.

Committed to a healthy dividend, still plenty of cash, albeit reduced.

Paid off debt, great news.

Solid update from the company. Still a considerable discount to NAV which is unwarranted IMO.

With over 8% yield in this sector, and very likely improving over time, this looks like incredible value. Very pleased with my recent purchases.

Quite, at current 9.3% yield it's a total steal IMO.

Yes agreed could be many reasons why this is open. They could even be trading against a long position, possibly in a different currency. Still a chunk to buy back, and the fact it's reducing is good.

Agreed it's a total position reported on twice a month. Still 4.8m to buy back though!

Below is the table from the OTC markets. Looks like short opened some time ago and is slowly reducing. They have 4.8m to buy back. Not an issue, but you always need to be aware that the market can move in unexpected ways when theres a shorter around! It does explain some unexpected moves though.

Spongebob's been in the Crusty Crab at lunchtime. He's on a roll. Must be looking today back in again!

Picked up 40k @ 45.9p. Seems a bargain given the recent news and expansion possibilities. Received a very decent 5.4p per share after withholding tax in the past year, so very happy here. It's moved into top up territory for me at a time when I have profits to take elsewhere. Jackpot!

What fact sheet? Next update expected early to mid June, as per last year?

Part of this business is generating goodwill. It's absolutely essential to operating here. The cash spent on the local environment mitigates many risks. I'm 100% behind it, plus any other initiatives to safely balance business with environment.

I reckon that may be an error of judgement. Just my opinion. This looks like it's been consolidating around 47p to 48p. The future looks very bright after yesterday's and today's RNS. Dividend same as Q1 last year, but growth accelerating IMO.

Dividend same as Q1 last year so not a drop. Guess it's a cash intensive part of the year and TBH they strike a great balance between growth and shareholder returns. Another solid quarter, but I don't expect anything else from this team!

20p seems like a bargain, so happy to top up my holding for the long haul. Still don't like the fact that they won't return anything to shareholders. However from this low point there should be a decent capital gain this year IMO.

Sam, you should not assume that the buy and sell indicators are correct. It's just an indicator if the trade executed above or below the mid point between ask and bid. There are many times with a wide spread where trades are incorrectly shown.
