Looks like strong signals interest rates will start to fall soon after the Labour landslide victory. At a 9.5% ish yield I'm continuing to put all of my dividend income into here. Can't see that yield sticking around when the cut actually starts and this could easily rocket above 70p or even 80p this year IMO.

Confirmation of 1.5p dividend for Q1 great news. That's a great uplift on last years base dividend.

All looking good after the results. Nice transitioning to green multi let properties. Huge discount to NAV, which will close up over time IMO. At around 8% yield, it's looking like another excellent REIT.

I'm ready to top up now, but waiting for this large seller to stop first. Another 250k dumped late on. Need an upbeat report in their next update, due soon I believe.

I think you'll find the average NAV for 2024 was around 111p, so I expect the dividend to be maintained this year. It was only the closing NAV that dipped just under 107.5p.

I see old Bob is now ramping the share after his purchase at 10.01 today. If you can call that post a ramp! Either way he's definitely flipped.

Divi day normally sees a good rise. Sentiment seems to be low ATM due to a few factors. I think the issue is that the next divi news isn't likely to be great, we're coming up to the dry season in a few months, overspend on works, oil price under pressure and the excessive share awards. Balance that against increasing production, more sales routes and I can see the reason for a slight drop. It does seem to have been overdone, but if confidence is low sometimes you get an overcorrection leading to an incredible value buy.

Technically it does look good value right now IMO. GLA

As expected. Nice to see 6p dividend target this year reiterated. Great yield at current price.

Maybe something is going on, or maybe tipped somewhere? Quite a few chunky trades going through again, after a bit of a lul. A bid would not surprise me because they have an excellent portfolio and great management team. So far below true value ATM

I agree GGG. It's sending the signal that they are worried about cash, which is not good. Need restarting ASAP and ideally at a higher level per month.

Dividend in atound 2 weeks. Will definitely be reinvesting here after that positive update.

All of the shares on LSE simply replicate the information given by the London Stock Exchange. They take the feed and display it. I can give you plenty of examples where the trading range is either above or below the mid point in the spread. It renders buy sell info useless. It's the way it is and has been for a long time.

You may as well ignore the ask, bid and share price. Also ignore the buy/sell indicators. They are all meaningless here with low real volume, and masses of small trades. Don't think LSE can do anything about it. It's the way the stockmarket reports, and it's out of date given the rise of automated trading.

The real trading range is far tighter than the displayed spread. Looks like it's down to all the small trades executing way above and below the trading range. Guess whoever is doing it has a reason!
