RE: Post Battle of The Board30 Jul 2020 12:51
Lawrence13, you are asking a question which is almost impossible to answer because it depends on the forthcoming results which are anybody guess. My own opinion would be that they would adopt a dividend policy, I would expect it to be a token gesture, until we have a n idea of what is going to happen with the main bonds.
As fir issuing shares, what do you mean hear, If you mean another rights issue, it depends on what route they use to clear the bonds. It could be another bond, if this is the case I would expect the coupon to be a lot lower. It could be bank funds, we already have a relationship with gazprombank, or it could be a rights issue, but, it is very very different circumstances this time.
There is also the case of TEMI, Will that proved, as we have paid a deposit, I would suggest it has to otherwise its money down the drain, how will that be funded, cash, shares , a combination of both.
There is also the small thing of the boardroom fight, because depending on who wrestles control, that, in my opinion will materially effect what happens going forward.
