Finlayal61 the forms are really irrelevant as far as Barclays shareholders are concerned as they act as brokers for a lot of top companies, if they have rights issues takeovers, placings etc etc they are just reporting on certain aspects of this which the companies are required to do, but nothing that will or should affect share price, unless it is related to Barclays itself, which in the majority of cases they are not.

Freddie2, I appreciate your concern, I do think that things are completely different this time. The company SHOULD, have adequate capital resources, they have reduced debt, they have a pox hub and 2 flotation plants. They SHOULD, be very able to weather any storm. The shenanigans with shares being bought, sold, and possible lent out are the concern, as there are still a lot of shares that need purchasing to reduce shorts, and this could be an attempt to get the price lower to enable that at the cheapest possible price.

Time will tell.

CofE, I have said before, I will say it again, unless bond holders dat agree, OR, Stocken, can't raise the money for the purchase and guarantee then its a done deal. Once Gazprombank said they would be happy to release the guarantee to POG, Then that was it, as far as shareholders are concerned. So I honestly can't see the point in waiting a letter.

The question I would pose is, Why has it taken shareholders n here, 12 months to smell the coffee ( sorry no pun intended ) If people were seriously against this, this should have been raised immediately. But the majority, listened to Retired Banker who , has openly said he would give away the stake for free to be released from the guarantee.

Benefit of hindsight, is a wonderful thing, but, it is no use, shutting the gate, after the horse has bolted.

Myself and Kenj ( where did he disappear to ? ) both thought it was very unlikely Gazprombank would release the guarantee, How wrong we were.

As for the share price, the bod, don't control the share price, performance of the company, and the prevailing gold price and profit do that. I predict that at some some we get a 50% quick upside some time within the next 6 months, unless gold price falls. I might also add a few more if it drops further. Keep the faith.

Lawrence13, its not about not caring, its about rules and regulations, It is amazing there were not many against this transaction when your Mate Pavel, proposed it !!!!!

I have said numerous times I didn't want this transaction to happen, not at the price proposed, anyway, The fact the Iron ore price has rocketed, has just compounded the problem.

I hope the bondholders find a way to block this, but I fear this will not happen. If there was ay legal way to challenge this I would be happy to listen, I fear this is now, out of our control.

I honestly don't think whether we partially own IRC in 5 years time or not is the big issue, the big issue, is POG getting its house in order. There is no reason whatsoever that POG can not be debt free in 5 years and fulfilling its potential.

As for Strukhov, buying on the cheap, I am sure others will be watching from afar, as POG has very valuable technology, which a to of other goodies would like.

Radium1 I am not on here to argue with anybody, just express an opinion from time to time. I think, once we get an update and those extra shares are issued today are swallowed up ( if they have not been already ) Then I think we will test £10 soon.

The question is though, we now have a lot of cash, What are we going to do with it ???

Radium1, thats a bit of a ridiculous statement. How can I reply to a persons posts if I don't read them. You are not, on my filter list. Radium1, NO, I did not come out of hibernation. "it" is firmly on the filer button and will remain so. I did post that I had looked at share price without logging in, accidentally, and for 30 seconds saw its name and appear and the repetitive innuendos. I quickly shut the computer and logged in with my log in details. I have a number of people on filter, as they always seem to respond to "it" in the way that was posted on the ARB board. I have no intention of engaging with anyone who is 100% negative, its a pointless argument, which I will never win. God knows, many have tried it over a 10 year timescale. AS for encouraging people to stand up to it, I think you are mistaken with the name you used, I have spoken to curly kev, and ginodog, and they advised they had their way of dealing with it, which is fine, My way, is to "silence it " Take away the ego do not engage then the posts are worthless. For people who do not know where the filter button is its is right above the chat. Regular share chat, premium share chat, and Filters. I encourage you all to try it. If you haven't tried it you will not know what its like. Its free and if you don't like it, you can always un-filter. I prefer a quieter life, and to engage with people who have a balanced viewpoint. My choice, and I am sticking with it, Other people, I am sure are grown up enough to make their own choices.

Lawrence13, we can't stop the sale as shareholders, as gazprombank have given there permission to release security, only way it can be stopped is if Stocken can't raise the money, OR, the bondholders do not give consent.

Copper3, They are raising nothing, They are trying to buy back bonds which are due to mature n 15 months time. As updownflat says, it will be easier to raise $300m in 15 months than $500m but it depends if holders want to sell.
