Copper3, you are wrong, They raised the money to pay off the old convertible bonds early, but ended issuing more convertibles due 2024 which they have now partly repaid some, there are $500m of the 2022 debt, This is an attempt to get rid of $200m of that. It is a pity they did not tell us how they are proposing to do this.

Hi Freddie, they are attempting to re-purchase the maximum they can of the $500m bonds issue due 2022. Whether its a good thing or bad thing, Is how are they going to repay them, and at what cost ??? I would imagine it has to be at a much cheaper rate, but if its longer term could end up costs more, but, extending it over a longer period of time, rather like IRC, did with the gazprombank loan.

I think the Potapov for Karin, is just the representative for UGC changing, so certainly not all mates gathering, they ave no extra bodies.

More importantly, relating to the RNS today. Where are they getting the money to repay the $200m of bonds ???? Have they found some money Pavel had hidden under the floorboards. It is a good idea to address the debt, but not, if they are just going from short term debt ( as they mature in 12 months ) to something longer term, unless the rate on these are very cheap, I used to think the gold pre-payments were good until I found out they were also charging interest on these.

If you don't filter him, Don't complain about his incessant rambling, as it has been going on for 10 years now, and is not about to stop. By engaging with him, you just give him, the opportunity to reply.

DenFos, if you bought in at 23p, why would you make a statement like " if it gets to 20.7 I will buy more, because if you think it will go lower, Why are you buying ????

As a matter of fact I think 23p is a very good entry price, I don't think it will drop as much as 20.7. Time will tell.

Benefit of hindsight is a wonderful thing. Where have I heard that before, ??? I was going to sell at, ?? before the price moved and I missed the boat. Well with this share I don't think anyones missed the boat. The reduction in share price was a disappointment, but, then thinking of rights issues, they are normally deeply discounted.

I trust in this management to steer us in the right direction, and people on here have been shouting we should be on the NASDAQ, for years. Well, now we are on, its early days, and once the next results come in, hopefully, they will be good and more people start to take notice.

The other thing with rights issues, is it normally takes a few months to settle down. Once we get some results, along with, hopefully, broker upgrades, then we should return to where we have been, in the mid £8s, and then start looking towards £10 and beyond.

Because I still think, its the right management, we still have massive potential. If we can get a spike in gold price, and increase our production ( without third party ore, I think we can nearly double the present SP. For starters. All things being equal and without any of the previous rabbits jumping out of hats.

The reality is, There were not very many dissenters when this deal was announced. Some including Retired Banker, and Kenj, who appears to have totally disappeared, were for the deal, but Kenj, like myself, did not think it would even get off the ground due to the guarantee, How wrong was I !!!!!

If you were all so against this, why didn't you say something at the time, ??? Reality is, I believed it was a bad deal at the time, I now think its an even worse deal for obvious reasons. I would just like to know who Stocken are, are they linked, to pavel, gazprombank, or both.

The worry for me here, is that contrary to some opinions, I don't think Denis, is strukhovs puppet. Otherwise we would be processing some of his third party ore. I think they voted against him, to try and get there own man in and then start processing there own concentrate, which they can't do themselves. We should be happy to process this, but, only at commercial rates and when we have spare capacity.

It is quite clear from the voting that Denis alexandrov, does not have a lot of support, and especially in respect to the remuneration policy, which I said when it was announced that it was not good.

People should be based on performance i.e PROFIT, and share price performance, not on whether or not in measures against a bunch of other goodies. Make good profit and increase share price, then get rewarded. MHO.

KPDm, we will agree to disagree on this one, as I don't class an offer that is way below the prevailing share price a success. I have seen some IPOs, more than double in a day, and some make very good gains.

At least they have been placed, but we would be in a very sorry state if they had not been at that price.

I might be a bit stupid on this, but, I had a feeling the share price would be kept low until the book runners decided whether or not to take the extra shares. I would seem ridiculous for them not to take those extra shares as they are priced at the original price.

I have been against the i IRC deal from the outset, There were not many dissenters at the time as the share price was low. But, even though the share price was low it was still done at a discount to the prevailing price. Ig Gazprombank wanted to stop this deal they could have, by simply refusing to release the guarantee. They must be happy with stocked, unless they are part of that.

As much as I have questioned the new board so far, this can not be laid at their door. It is fairly and squarely at Pavels, he was the one who agreed the deal.

1noise, first priority for me is the refinancing of the bonds, and how they are going to do that. Once that is completed, then they should be able to get better terms, save money and have more free cash.

Thats the story in the book, but , in th past there was always some spanner in the works. If this A.G.M CAN PASS WITH NO SURPRISES, then thats one step closer to becoming a " Proper Company "

1 noise, the payments to governments has been there for years, presumably its for the licenses.

As for sofa, I agree they must have been lending shares out, or giving them for security, might have something to do with the voting, as we all know what happened last year,
