Retired Banker, every time you seem to post nowadays, it seems you want to advise people about other gold shares you hold in preference to POG. Try telling Lawrence13 the share price performance hasn't been bad in the last 12 months.

I for one, and still and very strong believer in POG, it still has all the attributes to get back to its former glories. The refinancing should be very interesting, as they should be able to get better rates in the market, But, I still think there is a lot of upside here.

The new board are not attacking us from within, they are trying to take on the remnants of a company, tarred with fraud for years, and a company that constantly underperformed. Lets hope we can put these shenanigans behind us and build up a company, to redress the fortunes. There is absolutely no reason why it can not get back to the level of capitalisation it was in the past. It is the same company, with a reducing debt, and the benefit of a pox hub.

Its a good job, they were able to sell all the ads because, if they couldn't sell them at a near 20% discount to the share price at the time, then that would have been a disaster. Should be some easy profits, for the people who have bought these at a discount, but, lets hope it now gets noticed in the USA, and that we get a bumper next quarter.

I think they will easily absorb the rest of the ADRs. In fact personally, I would prefer it if they didn't, but, I suppose its more cash in the pot. I just wonder what they have got up their sleeves for the cash. Pointless raising it, if they have not got an idea what they are going to use it for.

you ask a broker to get them for you, they then manipulate the market by dropping the price and forcing stop losses.

That was something I posted a couple of months ago Coathanger, The company were buying back shares before the decision to go for the Nasdaq listing so quite clearly, were not in need of that cash. Potentially a large sum coming into th covers if the IPO is successful, and I would suggest the book runners have already got people lined up for the shares.

So the question is ?? What do they need, or want the money for ??? Quite clearly they are not going to announce that now, as that would guarantee an increase in the share price of the company they might be interested in, but, I can't see them raising this capital just to have it earning peanuts. ?? Interesting times in a number of ways.

KRSS IMO opinion bank of England is NOT willing to tolerate it up to 7%. The bank of England target is 2% CPI. I think there is ZERO chance of that happening. Quite simply we have borrowed billions to keep things moving during covid19, and that has to be paid back. The lower the rate then the less interest they need to pay. Inflation does not always correlate with interest rates, but is often shadows it.

KRSS, No they will not, the debt is paid off in instalments, IRC have NEVER, ever made the money they should have by selling the ore at a discount. Why all the talk about IRC, totally irrelevent if we sell it.

People on here constantly harp on about his posts, For about a decade he had the same innuendo, I can think of nearly 1 positive post in all that time. But, you reply, and let him have more credence.

If you want to have dialogue don't complain if his reply doesn't suit your agenda, as we know what his agenda is, and the guarantee he will pick faults with any positivity highlighting irrelevance from years ago.

After 10 years of this irrational behaviour its not going to stop. Unless whatever his aim is , is achieved. I think I could have found something a little better than wasting my time, especially on multiple boards. Reality is, he is a loser, who would want to take notice of a loser. What a sad existence.
