With what happened yesterday in 2 hours (a 30% rise in sp) it shows the excitement around this share. An rns at any time will def catch a few out.

It’s my belief that there is no other share on aim that currently is more focused on news than that of avacta. Thats due to this.......... a life changing company whose shares are well undervalued due to the ‘ fear of loss is greater than the desire for gain’ . However when that fear has gone watch the world pile into this share. It could be tomorrow .........or not !!!!!

Like many on here i have large holdings. Not selling, but yes i have got my negative hat on at mo. FWIW i don’t think there is an nda in place otherwise alastair would say that. (why wouldn’t he as its ok to say i carnt say anything becos ive signed an nda
?!!!) The problem here is this and its simple............we don’t know. We dont know if avacta has orders, we dont know if they got problems, we dont know if we are the ‘1 of 4’, we just dont know and thats y i am becoming twitchy !!! Q4 is great but als previous time warps have been miles out and that makes this waiting even more stressful. Just saying how i feel guys and everyday seems like a week as time is important here. Imagine if roche said today ‘we have a 10 min lft launching tomorrow with ce approval !!??). So time is important to get our product to market. Hurry up alastair, the world is still spinning.

The shares will only fail to recover if they havn’t been successful. A twitter feed means nothing. We all deserve the truth via an rns. Stringing us all along for no rainbow would be criminal in my view. An rns to say a delay has occured would be the right thing to do. Then at least we can decide officially whether to off load or keep. Any reasonable person (and thats the main thing) would expect to be told the truth if such delays occured. It would be difficult for the company to defend such action when previously they have produced an rns to say they are ‘ahead of schedule’. Come on alastair, you don’t want this getting ugly.

On 22nd april avacta released an rns to say “avacta is ahead of schedule” re partnership with cytiva. So nearly 7 months later i am not surprised there are a few impatient investors. Also a similar timeframe for bams.
Avacta feel an rns is noteworthy for ‘ahead of schedule’. I ask via this bb (and we know its read) can we now avacta have an update for delay.

Like many pi’s yesterday i lost (on paper) tens of thousands. What that does is question more seriously what is happening with Avacta and the forever launch of their products. Bams ? Hello, that is well behind, lft’s........summer ? Nothing at all. Some bitterness may well (and obviously) appear on this board from otherwise long standing positive voters of al. He has the chance NOW to change this and launch his products, and if not he needs to tell us why not. We are past all the deadlines. I couldn’t tell you if share price will go up today or down today but wish i had sold half my stock at £1.80. Sorry guys but its how i feel right now after a large loss (on paper).

I watched an interviewer yesterday raise her hands in delight when she asked prof john bell if things would be back to normal in the spring and prof said YES. How stupid by both of them. And again Boris and van dam (especially van dam) getting too excited. So how will this euphoria now affect mass testing ? We will know as early as later today by any queues in Liverpool for testing. I fear al needs to launch his test this week otherwise this new wave may drown us over the coming weeks. Reality is knocking on als door right now.

How on earth when optigene was being trialled in june in southampton (with avacta and others) can it only now come to light its only 50% good. Which of course means its 50% bad !!!. Who on earth is checking these tests ? As someone posted the other day these tin pot tests will indeed fall by the wayside ...........but i wonder at what cost ? . The sheer £ cost and the negative perception such poorly approved products will be branded around the media. As all these attempts by so called approved covid companies fail we wait for our holy grail.

Nearly 600,000 cases worldwide yesterday (double from 2 months ago) AND over 9000 deaths (the most ever !!) and again double from a few months ago. Know one would of believed that a few months ago and who’s to say it wont double again by xmas ? For those out there who believe we are just going to ‘muddle through this’ continue to bury yr head in the sand while the nurses and doctors are at full capacity saving lives.

Feel gutted and sorry for sona shareholders and company. Not nice when that happens, but sure canadas gov will support them as i seem to remember gov gave them money to develop.

They want sovereign supply and Avacta (and others) are right in there. Its only time till Boris spills the beans and all shareholders will be called in to help with packaging !!! We know sir al is helping the government bring this horrible virus under control.
