Could somebody remind me what the price was to buy new shares when we were given free shares and the chance to buy a few more. I think it was 95p. Is that correct?

Well, the SP hasn't changed and with that volume, if they were sells, I would have expected it to go down and, if they were buys, I would have expected it to go up which merely shows just how little I understand the workings of the stock market!

For 200 shares , I got a quote of 144 to sell and 143.5 to buy immediately after my sell quote.

Agreed. I just can't understand why the price is so low.

Afew large sales also. Can't understand why anybody would want to sell now unless it's Bronte getting out.

Anybody who spends the sort of money some people on here claim to on any AIM and/or small biotech company is either a compulsive gambler or has so much money they don't need to gamble.

I can understand the explanation but that doesn't explain to me why Avacta has dropped out of the 'index' as the share price and, I suspect, the market capitalisation has changed very little between May and November so why would Avacta be removed in November?

Ignore last post as I've seen it below as the Morgan Stanley index and that post also asked my question re why Avacta was removed from it.

What is the MSCI index and why was Avacta deleted from it?

Too many promises without any results provided. Unless something positive is delivered this share will just keep drifting downwards.

Well, they certainly 'made up' the recommendation on the Woodford fund when it was going down the pan!

I don't have a clue but somebody posted a few days ago that he/she had contacted Avacta asking when the money would be returned and they said they only received money for allocated shares.

According to somebody on here who contacted Avacta the money for unfulfilled share requests never left any of the brokers.

Looks as though the price increase guarantee was worthless! The way this is moving it will soon be down to the 'bargain' price of 95p we spent on our shares.

I asked for 600 and got 89 via HL.
