It is gibberish. On the Avacta board (I have been in Avacta for 10 years) you are like an excitable puppy, yapping loudly without a single clue about what is going on. Most of your posts over there are just slightly re-hashed copy/paste's of what you see on X (without reference) in an effort to make you sound somewhat intelligent.

The nonsense on here? Cannot be anything more than some kind of personal vendetta. Care to explain what that is?

The dilution is not an issue. The message that this RNS sends out is more damaging though.

It is high time the BOD put their hands in their own pockets now. Either a salary cut with performance-related bonuses (related to SP targets) or pledging to buy substantial amounts of these CLN shares every quarter.

One of their "options" is getting Isti's on board. How they gonna sell to them if even at these prices the BOD aren't buying.

Hige salaries getting creamed off the balance sheet here while shareholders paper wealth erodes.

Blaming market volatility instead of owning it, is bordering on the dishonourable.

Is it unreasonable for shareholders to want some updates whilst their paper wealth keeps getting eroded?

Is it unreasonable for shareholders to expect some updates on what Darlene (our "friend" from America) is doing for us 8 months after joining and given the task of "selling" the investment case to the U.S?

Is it unreasonable for shareholders to take Shaun Chilton up on his offer to "judge us in 6 months", 8 months after his comment amid a falling Shareprice?

Is it unreasonable for shareholders to wonder what we are getting for our £300k a year spend (salary, benefits, expenses) for Simon Bennett, 14 months after his appointment with an apparently brimming diary?

Is it unreasonable for shareholders to have expected better 8 months after being told "you guys are gonna love the pipeline" as if we are simply science nerds or fan boys/girls and not owners/investors?

Is it unreasonable for shareholders to have expected more from a new BOD who told us 8 months ago that we would now be a company that "does what it says it's going to do, or explain why not?"

I don't think so - others may have a different view.

Jeez Wyn. You have been here long enough to know that this is EXACTLY what this place is. All the recs go to the posts which tells everyone what they want to hear. This is NOT the place for serious investment discussion. Never has been, never will be. It's harmless fun where amateur "investors" chit chat like a group of people would in a pub. No-one knows anything. Some here know they are clueless. Most think they are far cleverer than they really are and some (like ICE) truly believe they are smarter than Warren Buffett. When all said and done, most of us here are just dreamers. And that's how we like it.

Please let's all spare a thought for those less fortunate than ourselves. I am of course talking about Simon (Bob) Bennett, Avacta's very own Bob Cratchet.

For a solid year has been beavering away in his freezing, windowless office. His only source of light and heat, a couple of candles burning dimly on his makeshift desk. For his pittance of pay, his poor frozen fingers bleed from the constant clatter on the keys of his 1870's Sholes & Gliddon typewriter. While each and every one of his begging letter's to Big Farmer gets screwed up and tossed into the plush bins of some of the world richest companies, he worries where his next meal is coming from.

Once again, and soon, it will be up to us entitled mug punters (formerly known as Avacta shareholders) to dig deep into our loaded pockets and give cold hard cash to the cause. Here's hoping the BOD can see it in their hearts to get poor old Simon Bob a goose for his Christmas table this year. Scant reward for his tireless, yet unproductive efforts. If funds allow, we can only hope it's one that lays golden f'ing eggs!!

Unless they are a superstar (which I doubt), it wont make a jot of difference. So far, none of the BOD's contacts from all their previous roles have brought in any quality investors. They have been unable to "sell" the investment case to the right kind of Long term investors. Either HNW individuals or investment houses. They have had plenty of time - years.

Wonder how many are still around from the 50p raise?

We are back to square one as far as the finances go. Except, this time we are conducting business on a shoestring without a CFO in place. Still, as long as any new CFO can use a calculator for simple sums, they will be streets ahead of TG.

"How many here think the sp will be significantly improved when a new CFO is announced?"
