Agree with comments today. A really badly handled last 9 months or so having supposedly turned down offers 20% or more above the current share price. As I previously said, we can forget about any speculative takeover premium being applied to the share price for some considerable time.

Value trashed here by the board and without a substantial explanation. We will never get one either.

For some time before the SR, the market had a takeover premium baked into the price. Somehow. the board have now managed to remove that premium. Thanks to a wet and wishy washy statement after 9 months under a strategic review which has revealed nothing new in the strategy department. When I read the statement I thought they made it "expecting" it would put a 540p floor under the SP. It hasn't because they have now removed any takeover premium the market was previously willing to ascribe.

Such that now we are valued 10%+ UNDER what the someone was willing to pay recently.

Shambolic.

Obvious. They will raise as and when they can and at more and more beneficial prices. They will do this for as long as it is needed. Either we sell our assets one day and in some way in the future or we do not.

This is why Richard Hughes pulling the business strings in Avacta is a blessing. Getting ahead of the CLN manoeuvers BEFORE they happen is simply not how previous management would have done things.

For those moaning they did not get a chance to participate. Buy today. You may even get them for less than 70p. How much do you think you are going to be disadvantaged.

Good "headline" grabbers from the others and they get the market's attention.

The Emi-Le ADC hits harder & faster it seems initially, but will have a limit on doses. For those it does not cure before the limit is reached, the chance of the cancer gaining traction afterwards is significant.

AVA6000, now with dosing limits removed has significant advantages, but without a proper look under the bonnet, these advantages are easily missed.

Price right at support now. A breach below likely sends this quickly into the 30's
