The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Greatland Gold plc (AIM: GGP), the precious and base metals exploration and development company, is pleased to announce details of a new exploration programme at its 100% owned Scallywag prospect in the Paterson region of Western Australia.
The Scallywag gold-copper prospect sits within the E45/4701 Havieron licence, approximately 6km west of the 12 block area under a Farm-in Agreement with Newcrest. Scallywag is a large, elongate magnetic anomaly with a strike length of more than 6km. Results from Mobile Metal Ion ("MMI") sampling, completed in 2018, over the Scallywag prospect displayed discrete elevated gold, copper, silver and arsenic MMI responses along the western parts of the target area. The grouping patterns of certain elements at Scallywag are similar to those that were seen
Ah so it’s all the warrants this week that’s keeping the sp down. Lol. Next week it will be the BHP takeover of British Gad that will stop the jam tomorrow.
Yawn. Meanwhile another nibble away at my capital. 2 years in and 20 % down. Way to go GGP.
No worries it will be 250% up in 8 weeks according to some. *******s. Bet we are at the same in December.
Totally agree Mike. And who said the charts dont predict the future eh lol... Target 1.82 and its looming daily closer.
And NO I have not sold or short...I think shorting is disgusting anyway. I just see charts that don't lie. Herd mentality is what the can predict quite accurately. Read "Critical Mass" to understand predictable outcomes borne of seemingly random actions.
I'm off down the pub Sod this share today. My glass will remain half full today...half full of Estrella!!
Hey Kingcole, I like the look of CWBHF Charlottes Wed Holdings and GGB Green Growth Holdings at the moment. I do see an opportunity to do well with this particular market in the next few years...although as usual its finding the winners among the many that will make the money. No advice intended and DYOR as usual but worth discussion. I have 17 different companies I'm watching in that sector.
Dj, that wasn't really my point as I know you have dyslexia and I meant no offence at your postings. If anything you try harder and you certainly don't go around claiming to be smarter than others...that was where my dig was aimed at the Beetham character....if your going to claim it you better well be it.
Is it just me or does anyone else smell something suspicious about this character called Beetham....would a man (as his public profile suggests he is) lower himself to puerile dick swinging on a public bulletin board...and use very dubious spelling, sayings and general terminology.? I don't think this chap is the Beetham that people think. Just a thought.
:-) Prospector, the experts also said the Titanic wouldn't sink and the earth was flat lol. I like to see them as a useful tool for validation...I wont buy if a chart trend and my signals indicate further drops for example.
I aint got time for compound interest unfortunately being rather older now.
thats very true....I'm learning quickly and wont be doing the same again. Although, I do think I got lucky with GGP as the newsflow and results indicate this will go a lot higher eventually...its the waiting thats killing me lol
Prospector, Im not sure I'd agree with that as I am back testing a system and daily usually get more calls right than wrong...BUT they are mainly on Ftse 250 and above as chart trends can be better spotted and unlike AIM the SP's are not usually driven by news out of the blue.
I'll post a couple of predictions later and we can check them out. Just for fun and also helps me test whether I have my signals set right.
Yea I,ve looked at charts and constantly do so....although on AIM charts tend to lead into decisions that news will blow right out of the water. For instance, the GGP chart is showing a downturn now with a target of 1.82 which is 3 times support. BUT, only a brave man would sell now based on the charts. I use CCI crossover, fast sto set at 22,11 and MACD for a slower confirmation :-)
Trouble is DJ, much as I would like to believe you ALL this share does is spike on great news then drift down again...its painful to watch a daily erosion of capital until the next news when we spike lower every time. We didnt even get above 2p this time and the news was superb. I for one am running out of patience so I think the best thing I can do is bugger off on holiday and stop watching the screens...it just annoys me!! SCotland here I come. Only a distillery tour can save me now :-)
