As an investor in EVRH I thought I'd better buy a Oculus GO and make sure I hadn't invested in the new version of 3d tv .
Well I've had it for 2 weeks now and its one of the best £200 I've spent on Tech in years. Yes the resolution is poor at close range but I have never felt so immersed in games and videos as I do with the GO. As a gamer of 30 years the potential in VR is immense and I personally will be amazed and gutted if the format doesn't become massive as quality improves with each headset and big gaming companies get more involved and release new games.
But for now I'm happy to wait and I've watch my wife of 20+ years whose never played a computer game in her life jumping around the living room like a loon laughing whilst escaping villains and my 5 year old's look of wonder as a dinosaur looked her in the eye.
As for EVRH, well I would like to see them get the content out there, VR, phone or smart TV's it don't matter. The videos don't earn a penny sitting on a server, get people downloading them, get people into the habit of watching concerts at home and people will use VR to watch the concerts when they get a VR device.
