But whatever I'm holding for the over 4% divi, tempting to sell, I was offered £4.20 to sell a lot but I'll only go and stick it on a dog of a share.

Having read Vertu results, I am of a mind that the camb earnings will be similarly weighted by better service income. Timed my purchase from a technical perspective with MACD, RSI and Williams %R giving buy signals yesterday.

I took some profit at 80p ish and when the price spiked just before the results I managed to sell the rest at about 70p mainly because of that director sell. I also have shares in PRP which seemed much better value and produced sparkling results rather than the just as you put it "OK" of RTC. I consider myself lucky for once to have read it right with RTC, fingers crossed with PRP. Market sentiment makes everyone a bit jittery so although I'm sure both companies will do well eventually, it's a bit like changing lanes in a traffic queue short term.

They are ex-div today (excluding divi) If you sell you'll still get the divi as the trade will take 2days to settle and tomorrow is the record day i.e. whoever is on record tomorrow as the holder gets the divi. That's why the price has dropped today.

Second dividend of the half year, if this carries on to match last year, yield will be 4.9% at SP of 345p

The dividend yield for PRP is incorrectly shown on the Fundamentals page. The annual divi has been entered as 4.84 instead of 8.84. With todays SP this gives a yield of >10% if previous level is maintained.

You've read that the wrong way around Pete, since the huge placing he has been diluted to 1.71% even though he increased his holding to 3.89M. 3.89/227x100=1.71%

One thing puts me off is their fondness for issuing shares to pay dividends and re capitalise. As the directors have a lot more money than I, I am a bit more cautious. I think the majority of the bounce is shorters closing. An interesting summary from a WSJ analyst, it trades on the NYSE as SAN but prices track each other if you allow for $-€ difference. I assume you are being ironic as it closed at 13.50 mid yesterday, opened at 13.50 today and is still at 13.50 mid.

He is being awarded options not free shares. If he works the SP up to 25p, he gets to keep the 10p difference per share if he buys and sells. £100k less income tax = £60k . I don't know what salary package he's on but if he gets the SP north of here he deserves a reward.
