You could ask why would anyone want to buy into Pinn but it appears that fortunes are about to turn given recent investment by directors. David Jones (not a lord by the way) has been an investor for sometime and I'm sure has been picking up bargains having as you'd expect, some city connections to advise him. I would think he's a wealthy man and like everyone wants to mitigate the inflationary pressures on cash.

To the best of my knowledge, the proposed float of Santander UK hasn't happened yet and it's still something like 80% owned subsidiary of Banco Santander SA. which has a secondary listing in London as BNC, its main listing being in Madrid.

As we all predicted, the new directors wanted to get to the trough and get a load before they started turning the ship away from the rocks. I've no doubt at all, with the record and experience of all concerned that this will go from strength to strength now that they have "skin in the game" and all the bad news is in the open. They'll be selling them pretty sharpish imho. Why else would they exercise their option, the terms were nil consideration once price over 12p. I'll hold off buying to see if the price drops.

We don't know who exercised the 1000 share option, but certain that they will have done so to sell. They must be close enough to the business to decide that the price is about right now.

It seems Mr Grant is pointing the way forward for anyone who has doubled his money. Sell with the dividend and make a nice capital gain or hold for the divi. If you haven't used your CGT allowance then you don't need to hold it in an ISA. But you'll have to be quick.

I see you're new to this site and I'm guessing you don't have a share-dealing account with a broker. You could try a local bank, they will probably offer a share dealing service and be able to sell via London. It might be easier if you try a branch of a UK bank. Take id with you and find out what they will charge in commission. If that fails I posted a reply to an email from Santander regarding sharetrading a week or so ago with some links to their website.
