What nonsense, you sound like you work in the city promoting these jam tomorrow companies and raking off healthy fees for each successive round of fund raising. I know good growth companies, for example Accesso started fifteen years ago as a penny share and its SP is now around £16 with number of shares going from 17M to 23M and growth funded by income mainly. That's how it should be done. Contrast DGB and work out why the SP falls, it's because the future income cake now has to be divided between 125M shares instead of 28M. So in a nutshell you are saying that companies like DGB aren't investments in the usual sense, but are like charities for paying the staff an average of £50k a year and that mug punters should be proud to contribute to such a great British cause while groups of "supporters" pump the share price up with tales of fantastic gains ahead only to sell shortly after when the price rises. Early stage company you say, seven years now of pumping and dumping and you say I don't understand. I wasn't born yesterday but there will always bigger fools to sell to until this company gets some proper management and starts making money for shareholders. By all accounts that's going to be a while, forecast break even seems to slip another year every year.

and then we'll see whether they're making any money yet. £11.9 million loss is what I'm reading. Important with these story stocks not to be the sucker who puts up the money too early and keeps getting diluted at every fundraising. With their cash burn of over £7million for the last 6 months, they will probably have spent half that £10million credit to pay the bills and be tapping up the institutions to raise more. The market is guessing new shares around 25p but what about a discount to present price. They will surely want to lower their average price having bought at up to 200p. New contracts still being negotiated and no guarantees on anything but by previous experience they will lose money on the deal. I don't understand if they have a monopoly with this technology why over the last 6 years they've lost £60 million instead of making profits.

Hi Petesake, long time. This is just like Coms. Best thing I did since then was subscribe to Stockopedia. See shares like this for what they are, a ticket to high living for the directors. Average profit margin for Dgb is -70%. For every £100 in past sales, they've lost £70.. Best put your money into a share like Tstl. No debt, few new shares, making profits to finance Growth and paying a dividend.

£3.4 M cash six months ago. £7.5 M case burn in period. £10M credit looks highly speculative to me. Feel free to report anything you like. It's all true.

It's going to need some help, they never make any profit to share with the shareholders. All goes in paying the staff and directors. If it was any good , wouldn't need your endless posts. Q1 div .5p up on last year with statement in final results that 2/3 of profits as dividend will likely be the minimum so higher dividend this year should drive the price higher unless interest rates climb and that doesn'tseem likely. Still below the share price of 2 years ago.

We can only guess, might be an institution; might be another company taking a stake; might be an individual taking a stake after hearing about US FDA/EPA approvals. Whatever it is the buyer seems to have deep pockets but this is a quality company that you don't see often enough and quality costs. Return on Capital 26.3 % Return on Equity 23.5 % Operating Margin 20.2 % Earnings per share growth of 16.2% Unusual to have a share on AIM which makes money and has a massive market to go for, patent protected technology and pays a dividend. PS sorry about all the noise.

You really haven't done any homework have you boy, go to the bottom of the class and read the annual report. That acquisition was paid for by raising capital, nothing to do with admin expenses which are wages and expenses etc. £11.6M of wages between 177 directors and staff of which £905000 was paid to directors. Thank you shareholders. Of the rest of the £17M admin cost £3M was spent on ongoing R&D presumably in addition to wages. Average wages of £60000 seems a bit excessive don't you think.

Selling millions at a loss at 26p is great news of course, need to hedge your bet with that holding. Buying with some one else's money is easy too, a bargain too if the fund raising is going to be 30p which seems likely given all the manipulation going on. Don't forget this is a company that has blown £100M in 6years on so called admin and 5 months ago had only £3.4M left, good luck getting more suckers on board must be hard finding bigger fools to buy your shares.
