Following the fracking moratorium announcement and the fairly poor final results, plus the disclosure of Humber owing £700k for Biscathorpe, and a recent big seller, I think it was probably oversold and buyers saw an opportunity with Wressle approaching to buy cheaply. Not for me now though.

No doubt UJO will have been speaking to many interested parties t week, and taking bids. For most of the week the share price was low, so most bids will be even lower. I expect that when a placing price is announced (hopefully within a few days), the placing price will be around 0.15 to 0.16. Much lower than it should have been, but at least it will be out of the way. I anticipate the market will breathe a big sigh of relief and the share price will go back above 0.2, until the next significant news is released.

MrPlumper, who else knows (apart from the directors or the NOMAD) of price sensitive information? SP Angel are both joint broker and NOMAD to UJO. They would have contacted a number of institutional investors, existing significant shareholders, and a number of brokers who would have contacted investors who are on their books - dozens of people, every single one will have signed a contract making them insiders. As such of course they cannot release confidential price sensitive information to the market, or indeed state such things as 'I have spoken to the UJO management and there will be no placing'. This is even more serious than disclosing correct information, and normally results in even more time in prison.

No you dick, I have a great deal of money invested in this company, and you are intent in damaging it's reputation, the reputation of it's Chairman and more importantly, MY INVESTMENT, by spouting a shlt load of lies. David Bramhill is running an oil and gas company. He abides by AIM rules to the letter of the law. He IS NOT the Financial Conduct Authority. A lot of contributors on here need to grow up and do some research, rather than act like spoilt 2 year olds.

David Bramhill DOES NOT LEAK. These constant allegations simply show the ignorance of many posters on here. Once David Bramhill contacted SP Angel to approach brokers and institutional investors to raise funds, a large number of people became inside. THE ONLY people DB would have spoken to were SP Angel, and once the true culprit is revealed, I hope those who have made libellous statements about DB on here will contact him to apologise (fat chance).

It's a placing, which in my opinion will be announced mid next week. PDMS is clueless.

It looks appalling because clearly someone has received placing documentation, told other shareholders there will be no placing whilst selling as quickly as they can (Wednesday), then signing up for placing shares. This is not the fault of the company - this has happened after brokers have been instructed.
Seriously BWM, I don't think the placing will be done yet, otherwise there would have been no need for the after hours Friday RNS.
From the position we find ourselves in, I think the placing price could be around 0.17, but NO-ONE yet knows, not even David Bramhill. I'd be amazed if I can't buy below 0.17 during the week. I already have a shed load, and see this as an opportunity to get a bigger shed. The oil is still there, and I'm in for the next 18 months if that's what it takes.

Just to clarify BWM, when I say the market will set the placing price, I don't mean the share price will be stable, but it will calm down by the time the placing is announced imo.

BWM I think this week will be a bloodbath, and I'll be buying.
