Well, similar story to you, gone from just break even at 13p ish to massive in profit at 28p. I did sell the ones I bought on Monday at 14p so the mimosa bathroom may finally be on its way.
I had my first Covid jab this morning (AZN). Have you had yours yet?
Next positive RNS will propel us past 30s and into 40s easily.
Looking forward to another positive week.

Sometimes you can't buy in real time you have to submit a negotiated trade. You can specify a limit on both buy and sell.

Well if is getting boring then perhaps you will refrain from jumping on posts that in essence are true. Whether or not he is invested is irrelevant. As I said before, plenty of buying opportunities to come for anyone wishing to get in or increase their holding.

You are of course factually correct. In the absence of deals or data this will retrace - it has, and it always does.
The counter argument is there may well be news (either RNS or further media coverage) or the retrace may be shortlived. I did sell a few this morning but only 3% of my holding. So if there is a meteoric rise I still win on the remaining 97%.

I'm not sure the relevance of harping on about a specific moment in time. I myself have never bought as low as 4.5p - so what. I have bought at 10p, 13p, and even this monday at 14p. Do you not think this a shrewd investment.
Over the past eight years there have been hundreds of buying and selling opportunities and this will continue for sure.

I quite liked Moonparty's suggestion when Diggle sold last time (Wednesday RNS) that sometimes large holders are approached to provide market liquidity. Without the shares available we would never have got the large buy at 29p.
Also, the two big buys yesterday total just short of 1.2 Million. What did diggle sell - 1.25 Million. Coincidence?

Just thinking about your comment, I agree it would be.
The Covid vaccine market is estimated to be worth $10B annually.
If Scancell were to get a vaccine approved, managed just 5% of the market and got paid a 17.5% royalty by whoever takes it on, the Mcap value for Covidity ALONE would be £562B (equal to 57p per share)
But in Scancell's portfolio, Covid represents only the third highest potential market, one being NSCLC and two being Moditope (all modi 1 targets combined) So you could buy up to 50p and get all that thrown in for free!

Surely you must see Scancell are in a completely different boat now than they were 7 years ago?
It would take an epic management failure to screw up from the position we are in now.

The problem is when someone makes a genuine mistake, it is pounced on as ramping/deramping which 99% of the time is unfair.

When charts can predict trial results and the content and timing of news I may pay them some attention.
