Any desperation I may have felt was when I had an average of 54p and held while the SP plummeted. Fortunately, I have managed to get my average down to 13p, so fairly relaxed at the moment. I'm very much a LTH rather than a trader. You have to understand that the only way I managed to get my average down was to take the opportunity to sell higher than buying. I'm sure I'm not the only person here to make some shrewd buy/sell decisions.
You really need to get into the real world.

Let me assure you, the sells you think are mine aren't. I sold following the CH presentation and bought them all back at a lower price as I have already stated. I also sold some in advance of the open offer as again there was the opportunity to buy back lower.

I don't have any problem with the rise being down to Covidity at all, any reason for a rise is welcome. The rises the past few months have been driven by Vulpes investment, Redmile investment, the announcement we are working on a Covid vaccine, the press coverage and the realisation among the general population that we need a universal vaccine. There has been zero rise in the SP due to any of the cancer treatments for several years. The opposite has happened due to delays in trials of SCIB1/2 and MODI1.
It's not ME saying Scancell are a one trick pony, I have been invested too long to not understand the real underlying value here. But in the minds of investors jumping on the Covid band wagon, it possibly is.
In response to assumptions elsewhere, I have not sold and I only benefit from a SP rise. I am not looking to buy more than I already hold so have no interest in a fall.

I'm afraid this is all about Covid. The rise from 10p to a peak of 28p has all been Covid driven, If we get news of Covid results, trial, funding it will go higher. If we don't, you can forget cancer trials, this is going back down.

Why not? So long as it's not a time limited legal requirement (profit warning, director dealing, major deal (we wish!)) then they can time an update to when they think it most beneficial to Scancell and shareholders.

You raise a very good about the tax year. Maybe people are waiting for the new tax year and their annual ISA allowance before investing significant funds. Maybe Scancell are waiting for this before an update in order to get the maximum impact?

Why are you so touchy? It is not unreasonable for an investor to wonder why a share has gone down. I can understand when it goes up, it is moving towards its true value.

I don't wish the SP down at all. It was a serious question. We know we are developing a second generation vaccine that could be a game changer and add significantly to the current SP. Why has/had sentiment changed? Could it be the exceptional data on the Oxford vaccine from the states.
Is it your stint as team ramp duty manager again?

The Trinity Delta 17.7p valuation is risk adjusted.
They value Covidity at 3.79p based on a 10% chance of success. If it succeeds it will be worth 37.9p.
If it fails it will be 0p (Covidity only)
If they all work, TD are valuing at £1.07
I think that's reasonable?

I have to agree about the positive effect on the SP. There will be support and upward pressure as the awareness of the need for second generation vaccines and awareness of Scancell are working in this arena increases.

I can't dispute you numbers as none of us know. The only thing I would say (imo) is that the spikes will be higher and the pull back sharper. I don't think the first patient dosed will be significant as I don't expect much time between approval and first patient dosed.

Either way, if we do get Scov1 into trials we should be trading 50p plus.
