FYI I didn't buy and sell within seconds (or even minutes). I put in limit orders before 8:00am. These got executed at 24p, 23.25, and 22.15p.

I bought them all back before 8:30 at 21.77, 21.7 and 21.5

I don't go along with "let's just go with the 1% " - that sounds ridiculously low to me.
I'm thinking more like 25%, so an upfront payment of $50M and another 3 milestone payments of $50M.
And is the upfront 25% of $208M or the full $624M? (so $150M)?

If you tot up the deals in the link, the value is $40B with upfront of $10B - that's a whopping 25%!
I don't think people have latched on yet to the enormity of this deal.

I sold at 8:00 am this morning and bought them all back (and then some) at 8:30. Ended up with an extra 30K shares for free. I am a long term holder.

I thought the whole point of MODI1 was to improve immune response so seemed a bit strange.

I follow the MacMillan thread quite closely but don't normally comment out of respect for individuals privacy.
There is a suggestion that a head and neck patient has been refused entry to the trial as their immune response was "too low". I checked the trial exclusion criteria and couldn't see immune response as a factor, I may just have missed it. Can anyone shed any light?

Covidity is part of the Immunobody platform which is mentioned. I wouldn't read too much into Covidity not being mentioned.

I supposed the unbridled optimism should spur me on.

Perhaps we all need to calm down a bit. The interims will be out by the end of January. It would make sense to do an update as part of these. I'm not ruling out an RNS before then, but won't be perturbed if there isn't.

I agree as well. The term AI has been misused and applied to predefined responses to predefined questions or trial and error. The big difference between human trial and error and computer trial and error is the computer can make errors much faster.
