At the end of the day the majority (if not all) the people here are just working class guys and gals trying to make extra £ and we are all going through the same emotions and should really be open and laugh at ourselves because whatever happens we are going to remember the next few months for the rest of our lives! Selecta6/3300 I can assure you I’m laughing with you and not at you. It’s also good to laugh at yourself and this should get you both chuckling.
Knowing that 9 out of 10 investors lose money I am always trying to think “outside the box” so yesterday I worked out on a 50,000 trade I would only need 0.3 “swing” to cover costs. How hard would that be? All day face pushed to my phone cmon cmon cmon BUY CMON CMON CMON SELL.
On I went....20 trades later selling sometimes lower than I bought “to get rid” total shambles. £7500 down at the close ha ha Won’t be doing that again anytime soon I can tell you lol

I love it when people own up to making big mistakes when buying or selling shares. We are all doing it but it’s takes something special I think to openly admit to it so keep reminding us selecta6 about that big purchase you made at 62p just before placing!
That sick feeling that you got the day of placing the one that is deep down in the lower part of your gut that you just can’t shake off is something that you just never forget and I had it just yesterday which is why I am NEVER day trading again!!!! Ffs.

The real truth is that none of us can second guess what the price is going to be and the guy who got it right getting in at 40 and out at 80 which I believe is true did so by pure luck. Fact.

Oops sorry Dunnie it was never meant as advice it’s just a but of fun. I am trying to recoup the shares I lost doing exactly what I am doing now so I wouldn’t recommend it! I blame Pau1Oz (only joking) I was sat minding my own business having managed to accrue 420,000 shares and he mentioned this day trading malarkey and seemed to be doing well so I copied. Great at first as I managed to increase my holding to 480,000 for same £ then went for 500,000 and got locked out. F*ck F*ck F*ck. The green eyed monster got the better of me. Funny now.

Well Dunnie if you had sold the lot yesterday as per our discussion you could have bought them all back this morning for 49p!

There is going to be another share dilution for sure I think everybody here must either know or suspect that BUT it can’t be soon otherwise Lawrence is taking the pi*s. I have a good feeling about the future though it’s bright. C26 it’s good to be the devils advocate but a bit of positivity in your posts would also be nice occasionally!

Hey 3300 stop winding C26 up I kind of get the feeling he wants to help/advise and let’s be honest we all need it. Funny story time that will make you all feel better about your own mistakes.
I mentioned earlier that a messed up and sold my entire holding in AML at 47p and got locked out. Well what I didn’t tell you was a put the lot (£240,000) into ODX and amassed 602,000 shares at an average of 38p. Only had them for a week and decided it was a stupid mistake so then sold them at 32p £40,000 loss THEN the following day they went upto 60p ffs my £240,000 would have been just under £400,000 instead of £200,000 oh come on you have got to laugh.

Just replaced 2 of the lots I sold earlier today for 0.55 for

50,000 @ 0.5255
50,000 @ 0.5279

Very risky but it’s the only way you can build up your shares for the same £.
I know It’s all going to end in tears but I want my shares back! Ha ha

Oh that’s a shame. I remember he used to joke in the morning about laying in bed with his missus and she was oblivious that he had put all the house money on AML before that big fall. He then tried to “win the loss back” piling into other Companies.

Dunnie creative accounting you might call it but before I lost them all (lol) i ended up with an extra 60,000 shares for the same £.
Trick is knowing when to stop and not get greedy but do any of us really know when that is?
Like I keep saying. The only way out of this now is to lose everything. We are all trapped and the only chance of going back to our previous lives is for AML to go bust. Ha ha

Be warned though that it could go completely wrong and is not for the feint hearted.
I did it a couple of times towards the end of the drop from the good old 87p. It worked every time and I kept buying back lower. Cutting a Long story short got totally carried away and sold the lot (480,000) at 47p and never got them back.
BUT god loves a trier and earlier today sold 200,00 at 55.55 (some I bought for 57) hoping to buy them back for less. You can have laugh at my expense if it all goes ti ts up.
