When we consolidate will we have 1b shares or 0.5 b shares?

What number of shares do the BOD and SD consider about right for Greatland.

Today the Share price is in limbo, awaiting the results of the GM, which I do not thing is in any doubt as Wyloo have 8.5% and others insiders have a few, so 10% before PI's, and as it is a no-brainer PI's will vote yes, or lose their money.

The market today is (I think) people selling having bought since the deal was announced at a good profit, with buyers taking these upas under 7.2 is still a bargain price.

Monday it likely to follow a similar pattern, but IMO, Tuesday when we are in a position to complete the deal, (subject to Newmont completing there part of getting the assets up and running) will be the start of a reasonable rise most likely slowly and sustained with small pull backs, over the next 6-8 months.

You have to evaluate the value of the assets we received, I have struggled to get my head around what a good deal it is, I knew it was a good deal but below illustrates how good. (always happy to be corrected where I get it wrong)

Telfer mine infrastructure and mines must in my opinion be worth well in excess of £300 mill, under our management there are minimal reinstatement cost, we will reinstate but just an ongoing expense.

The 70% of Havieron if you value at the cost to date is in the region of £175 Mill.

Surface ore that has not got to be mined, just processed, again has a value somewhere in the region of £50 mill.

Add the 8.6% of Antipa £5 mill.

Add no value to all for the land holding

A total of £530 million and we purchased all for of that for

US$155.1 million Acquisition consideration the real money, about £120 million

US$167.5 million in the form of 2,669,182,291 new Greatland shares, I consider this as they are keeping 20% it is not a cost.

then US$100 million in deferred cash consideration paid out of profits, 20% of this is Newmont's share of the profits.

I have ignored minor bits of the deal as I do not believe they effect the resulting calculation.

Conclusion we actually paid £120 Million and got £530 Million of assets.

It seems wrong but I have revisited the figures and need some bright eyed person to explain.

And we got 70% of Havieron, which had cost Approx. £250million, we had put in 30%, I think.

I look at the price of the options available to the BOD, and think that if they action them there are set points where the share price needs to be and why not buy now, I don't know the answers.

The New BOD require about 15p in August 2026, to be ensured a profit.

So Jan 25 between 5 and 10p

Mid 25 5 and 12p

End 25 12p to 15p

So BOD can get 15p+ in the middle of the year

I hope I am being pessimistic, and not over confident, but we are where we are and now we own not just the Farm but all the ranches around for Km's around.

My want is at least 20p/30p in 5 years, my hope is over 50p in 5 years.

We will be an Explorer and a Producing Miner when this deal is done and dusted, lots of Explorers would love to have Telfer all the tenements around Telfer, Havieron, Rio JV, Antipa JV, what a list, 8.6% of Antipa.

You miss out the very important consideration in your post, in 2021 GGP was technically unable to fulfil its obligations, and if that had played out without the work that SD did the share value would have been decimated, far more than anything you have seen, the share price in January 2021 was a fiction as to the value of GGP.

You blame SD for the mistakes of others, and maybe you did loose value be selling, but investors in this market do take risks in the hope of high rewards, some understand others like yourself from your posts do not.

We should have all sold at the ATH, but lots of us did not, and have stayed for the ride, bumpy as it has been.

I hope once all complete and we are a gold miner with income the share will recover, to cover my investment , then over a few years follows the Northern Star profile, in which case a lot of LTH will be very please with their investment.

The value of the listed in vestments approximate equals the value of Power, if as LTH suspect that the other (at present) unvalued asset show there value or even there potential the Power Share will rise, and most likely double in value .

You have your choices Sell and lose out, or Hold if you believe there is more value than the markets today perceive is there, your choice.

Barna, you are right, the value of Havieron is for a no producing project, which must be valued as such,

it requires someone to buy it capable of completing the project (only a limited number I suspect will be interested even in looking at the project given GGP's ROLR, so this devalues it)

it need a location to process the ore (Telfer, or new plant on site [this must set a worth for telfer and must take in the delay to production])

it needs the rights to the technology that has been used in the mining plan, (this I think will be part of sale, not to have it would lower price)

A good dose of luck i.e. a reduction in the real value for the risk of non completion

Telfer needs are different it needs
